Review: I sent a check for $315.00 to Avobuy to purchase a cell phone, they cashed the check on 6-20-14. they kept saying the phone was out of stock, and it would take 60 days or even 90 days before it would be in stock. I asked for a refund, and on 7-4-14 they sent me an e-mail saying my money would be refunded in approx. 30 days. Still no refunded an I have sent them 8 e-mails, and they just reply, your registered as a CC which I assume is customer complaint. No answers to any of my my questions, and still no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my $315.00 refunded in cash or by check. I have purchased a phone,so the phone is no value to me now.

Review: I have been trying to get in touch with Avobuy regarding my order of 11/05/2013. I have been desperately trying to find out the status of this order, but to no avail. I have phoned each of the two numbers listed on their website more than five times a day ... the call will be put immediately on hold for 10 minutes ... and precisely at the 10 minute mark I will be told that whomever I am waiting for is "still on the phone", but that my call is being transferred to your voice mail ... oh, wait ... no, I can't be transferred to your voicemail because now the message is telling me that whoever it is I am on hold for can't accept any more messages. Then I am told an error has occurred ... the call goes into limbo for another minute ... and then I am completely disconnected.This has been happening at least three times a day ... and sometimes more.By the way, when I check the Avobuy for the items I ordered back in November, I see that those same items are now (supposedly) selling for LESS than I was charged me almost four months ago ... and I still haven't received my items ... and the wait time is fast approaching 120 days. Outrageous!Desired Settlement: I either want the items I originally ordered NOW ... at the CURRENT published rate, of course ... or I want an IMMEDIATE refund my $809.

Review: I would like to file a complaint against Avobuy.com for fraud. I placed an order with them on October 27, 2013 for a Samung Galaxy S4 cell phone. They charged my credit card but did not send my item stating that it would take approx 60-120 days to receive the item. On January 7, 2014 I requested a refund as instructed through their website. The responded it would take 7-10 days to receive my refund. On January 17, 2014 I made a second request for refund and have had no response nor have I received my refund. Review: I purchased an IPad air from Avobuy.com and it was charged to my credit card. The company advised to allow 30-90 days for delivery. I allowed 90 days for delivery and never received the product. I then requested a refund and they keep saying that my refund is being processed. As of now they have not refunded my money. They are now saying to allow up to 30 days for processing of refund. I have also attempted to contact the company by phone and it is impossible there automated service always says there is over 30 people waiting on phone lines. They encourage utilizing email to communicate and you cannot speak with a company representative.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my full refund ASAP!

Review: I made an order to purchase a two items ([redacted] laptop and [redacted] desktop) from AvoBuy totaling $1055.00 on April 9th 2014. I followed up with AvoBuy periodically to get a status on the order. Each time they stated that they were still working with their vendor and that they would need more time. On my most recent request for status they responded, on March 6th, 2015, with the following statement...

"Thank you for your business through out the years. Unfortunately we are unable to ship out your order(s) because our vendors were unable to fulfill their promises to us. Therefore, we need to process a refund for your order(s)."

Review: I've purchased laptop and Ipod from them, but I did not get any product from them so I request to a refund. They said they will send me the deposit, but they didn't. They sent me the cents like 60 or 50 cents for 6 or 7 times a day. So, I went to the bank and told them about my situation, and they said this transaction looks really dangerous. Moreover everytime that I contact with them, they always said they will send me the money, but I am still waiting for more than two months. I really need your help.

I ordered Iphon-5s form Avobuy. I paid money through Money Order of $383.0 (Money order [redacted], US Postal Service) six months ago (April-2014). I Did not receive my ordered item till 3 months and then I requested refund for full amount on abourt 7/27/14. they were agreed and and they said It will take 30+ days to clear it. but it has been more than 90 days now since I requested for refund. Yet I haven't received it.

They cashed my check for $230 for xbox one..it has been almost 5 months. Since I did not receive my ordered xbox one, I asked for my money back. Since asking them to fulfill their refund policy asap, they do not respond to emails, I cannot get through on the phone.
