Review: In early April of 2014 I ordered an I Phone from Avobuy. I sent them a check for $423, which they cashed on April 20, 2014. The site tells you that the merchandise will be delivered in 30+ days. The fine print says 120+. No one in their right mind would tie up their cash for that length of time. Had I done more research I would not have ordered from them, but the sad news is that I STILL, after 120+ days do not have my order - OR my cash. This company seems to be a scam, and I want others to know the truth. Please advise.Desired Settlement: refund or product

Review: I ordered an IPad 128gb system from Avobuy on Nov. 1, 2013. They advertised that delivery time would be from 90 to 190 days. My credit card was charged for the $280 payment to cover the cost of the IPad within a couple of days of ordering.I contacted them several times (5 months, 6 months, and again today which is over 7 months). I received a response to my emails from [redacted] saying their buyer needs more time or I could have a refund. I have been waiting this long I am hoping I will still get my product and after reading about so many people never getting the promised refund I am afraid to ask for one.Today I tried calling the company. The phone numbers do not allow you to get to a live person even though they tell you it will take you there if you press "2". When you do that it asks you for your valid zip code and never gets you to a person. This is very frustrating and I think 7 months + is over their stated delivery time.Desired Settlement: I want my IPad. I have waited over 7 months contrary to their stated delivery time. I want it to be genuine and factory new as stated with all accessories.

Review: I ordered items in September 2013 for the total amount $1270.00. I ordered [redacted] and 2 [redacted] for the price advertised on their website. I have copies of all email communications with the company when I asked for items to be shipped or my refunds. Their last response to me (14 months after an order and 45+ days after asking for a refund) was that the would only refund my money if I gave them access to my bank account number and they would put small amounts into my account everyday until they reached the refund amount. Review: Ordered a iPhone 5c on 9/27/13 and have yet to receive it. They had had full payment from me since that date and I have not received the item. They will give no information as to when I will if ever receive it. An investigation to see if this is even a legitimate company should be made. Review: I placed an order on 12/16/13 for a cell phone. Order #15140. I cancelled the order on 12/17/13. I was told to send in an email confirming my cancellation. I did and received a reply stating they received my cancellation and that my credit card would be credited within 7-10 days. ($358.00). I have since emailed a couple more times asking when this would be credited and it has not. I have tried calling their phone number ###-###-#### and I am not able to speak with anyone.Desired Settlement: I want this credited to my credit card ASAP!

Review: I ordered a phone from this website and was charged on my credit card immediately. I have been waiting 3 months for it. I finally e mailed them and requested a refund. I have been waiting for over a week. It did not take a week to charge my credit card when I ordered it. I’m writing to you also because of the Internet Company Business that’s gained attention, Avobuy. The Apple iPod Classic 7th Generation 160GB in Black has been discontinued by the manufacture of the first original MP3 that rose quickly in popularity as well as demand. Apple has in its place updated and upgrade another of their iPod MP3 players, the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation in 16GB, 32GB, and 64 GB which comes in a number of various colors, and also has included with it various similarities to their popular iPhones, particularly the iPhone 5, 5c and 5s. Apples’ most recent iPhone is the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus which is larger than the 6 and their previous phones.

The iPod Touch 5th Generation is available in some of the same colors as the iPhone 5 and 5c. Different from their previous iPod Touch MP3 players, the most recent has many features similar to the iPhone 5 and 5c. Although it isn’t a different form of Apple’s iPhone, some of its features, which are fairly many, also require Wi-Fi assistance for certain iPhone features it also includes accept being a cell phone that requires line wireless or mobile access to a wireless carrier. But it still relies on various features in the iPod Touch 5th Generation to be able to use Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi “hot spots

in order for such iPhone features as Siri, Messages or iMessages, email, and the ability to download from Apple’s iTunes and Apps selectors similar to any computer, even for its ability to permit an iCloud email account, along with various other online email accounts for example, Yahoo, Gmail, Aol, Outlook, and private email accounts which come from assorted Broadband and Cable Internet suppliers.

They also sell many other products. However, ever since Apple created so many new high priced devices following the success of its first iPod Classic MP3 player, which launched a variety of a wide assortment of the new iPod Touch, iPod Shuffle, and iPod Nano MP3 players which usually quite expensive, along with numerous models of iPhones, iPads, and even the iPad

Air to name only a few. Avobuy’s large, and often loyal following of customers who frequently choose to order these Apple products, including the Mac or iMac book laptops because their extremely low prices for such items really are irresistible compared to the same products bought directly through the Apple Store, retail stores, and the major wireless phone carriers is truly a great savings temptation.

I have followed more information about Avobuy through Google and Bing where I usually saw reviews or testimonials from many of their customers, or maybe I should add a little skepticism and say their so-called customers, who are told they will receive $30 or a $30 gift card if they make a home video of receiving their orders, even if after taking a long time before finally arriving; but when these customers did get their merchandise through “patience” then once more to make a home video to be shown on You Tube and have the customers sometime admit they waited forever but it was “well worth the wait or type of customer who did wait patiently for a long time in receiving their orders they were nonetheless pleased and also satisfied upon their arrival, and are now loyal patrons of Avobuy.

These customers admit in their home video made or You Tube that they also heard many negative reports and read similar reviews about Avobuy being a scam and all. Yet, they practically all admitted that they “kept the faith” and online store did finally come through for them so they know and understand why customers often do wait what seems like forever, and that’s partly due to what Avobuy explains to them that much of the merchandise they sell comes from overseas, sometimes even from China, and this delays most customers’ already debited orders. But none of the You Tube home video makers had admitted they never did receive their order(s), while others failed to say that they had great difficulty in reaching Avobuy and also never received the refund they requested from Avobuy many times.

Quite frankly, I ‘m not completely certain about what and whom to believe. I wanted to place orders at different times for Apple products that were priced extremely low, and one, the iPod

Classic 7th generation 160GB in Black (genuine and brand new, factory sealed) for $133 each compared to the original price at Amazon.com and Walmart.com having been about $239 each, and I had previously purchased two of them at the original price because I was able to put my huge collection I transferred to iTunes into each iPod Classic I already owned, and there’s still plenty of space to add more music, photographs, my complete address book, and videos which I wouldn’t be interested in doing. And these iPod Classics which were what I already have are also new and only $133 each.

Avobuy also had the same iPod Classic available for $100 each because there was something slightly different about them, which I discover by matching the Model No. that was partly similar yet different and was carried at such places as Best Buy but now discontinued by Apple as well. They even had iPod “Touch 5th Generation in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB for $120 to $160 according to how much storage GB you ordered. They don’t include tax or shipping charges either. I emailed them about 4 times to ask questions, and even to ask if the negative comments I heard about their company was true, because it’s practically impossible to contact them on one of their two telephone numbers, also by emailing them, and I don’t know about sending them a traditional letter to their physical address.

Some people are highly patient to wait to hear from them before placing an order. I wanted and hoped to find some type of proof that they were an honest and legitimate business, and not a scam. I have no idea what to do next. I’ve been waiting patiently to impatiently about their Internet Store to other information that would indicate them without having any blemishes or a bad legal history information and criminal records. But so far I haven’t heard anything I feel I can fully place my faith into concerning them. This is why I’ve reached out to you, the Revdex.com, in the hopes off discovering something good about them. I only wish it were possible for you to extend your abilities to contact a business such as theirs so I could finally get information that’s trustworthy about them. Thank you, anyway.

Review: I purchased on 02Mar2014 in the amount of $543.00; an iPhone 5c unlocked and Apple IPad Air with Wi_Fi and paid with my bank card from Foothill Federal Credit Union.

On 08May14, I sent an email request to Avobuy.com to obtain a status update as it was noted it would take from 30 - 60 days to receive items. Then again mumerous times and finally requested a refund instead since it was over the 90+ and I just wanted my monies back. I have over 20+ emails to the vendor with them stating that different updates, 9 related to requesting a status update and then 11 to inform them that I wanted a refund and to please proceed. With the last one stating "Your refund is still being processed at the moment... Please allow anywhere from within 30+ BUSINESS DAY from the date of your refund request. Please stand by OR for faster refund process you can contact your bank for stop or dispute payment. At this point I did reach out to my bank and they have informed me that there is a window of 60 days only to dispute any transactions. That I should reach out to the merchant and/or take them to small claims court.

Thus, me seeking guidance on how to proceed in recovering my monies.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund preferably in a cashiers check as I am skeptical if they will have funds in their account and I get stuck with a non-sufficient notice from their bank.

I requested the status on 06/23/14; I received the automatic reply that my message was received and being reviewed by their support staff; they replied on 06/25/14, stating that their standard shipping and handling is within 60+ days. I requested the status on 01/11/15; I received the automatic reply that my message was received and being reviewed by their support staff; they replied on 01/12/15, stating that the vendor was still processing the order, and that if I wanted a refund, I could get one. I requested a refund on 01/13/15; I received the automatic reply that my message was received and being reviewed by their support staff; they replied on 01/14/15, stating that they were sorry I cancelled my order, and I would receive a refund check within 30+ business days. I requested the status of my refund check on 04/11/15; I received the automatic reply that my message was received and being reviewed by their support staff. Again, I requested the status of my refund check on 04/16/15; I received the automatic reply that my message was received and being reviewed by their support staff. To-date, I have not received a response to my last two requests.Desired Settlement: Refund of $329.00

Review: I purchased an iphone on January 3, 2014 for $338.00. On January 6, 2014, the full amount of $338.00 was withdrawn from my bank account. The product was never shipped. I sent several emails between January 6 - March 12 inquiring as to when my phone would be shipped. Finally, on March 12th, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund of my money. I received a response on March 12th, telling me that my order was cancelled and I could expect a refund in 7-10 days. On March 22nd, I had still not received a refund, so I inquired again about my refund. On March 23rd, I received an email telling me that my order had been refunded. I checked with my bank, there was no refund, and no refund pending. On March 24th, I contacted them again about my refund. On March 25th I received a response telling me they would submit my order for cancellation and to allow 7-14 days for a refund. On March 26th I received an email stating "if by now you do not see any credit to your account please open a dispute claim with your credit card company stated you did not receive the product and the refund was not credited to your account."Desired Settlement: I would like the $338.00 they deducted from my bank account returned.

Review: On November 11, 2013 I was search for an ipad on sale because I knew that there are lot of electronic such as ipad, cell phone, and more on sale at this time because holidays. I saw AVOBUY had an ipad for sale at $188.00. After I was compare the price with another electronic store, I thought the price is cheap because an new ipad costs only $188.00 with free shipping. Hence, I was created an my account with avobuy.com. I had username and password for log-in. After everything was completed, I paid by my VISA at FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION BANK with price at $188.00. I paid on November 11, 2013 and AVOBUY took my money immediately. Then, I was wait from that time period 11-11-2013 until 01-31-2014. I sent an email to AVOBUY and I requested them for an refund. I was wait until 02-08-2014 and I received an email from AVOBUY and they said that they were refund money back to my credit card with price $188.00. I also was check with the FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION BANK and the banker said that there was no refund money in my account. On 02-09-2014 and 02-10-2014, I sent another email to AVOBUY and I let they know that I did not receive refund money from them. I was patient for wait and on Tuesday 02-25-2014, I called and talked to AVOBUY representative and he said that I need to call and talk to the credit card representative. I was listen him and I called to credit card and I talked to her about my case. She said that I need to call back to AVOBUY and tell him that there was no money refund from AVOBUY. Again, I was listen the credit card representative and I was call AVOBUY and I talked to the representative and he also said that there was a refund money back to my credit card but my credit card representative said that there was no refund. I talked to my co-worker about my case. She said that I can ask help from Revdex.com. Hence, Please help me for get the refund. I only want to get my money back. Review: On 8/17/2013 I ordered an Iphone 5s unlocked with 32g. After waiting for over a year I realized they would never send me this phone for the advertised price of $175. Their promise on their site says if I no longer want to wait for my merchandise I will get my money at once. I patiently waited one year for the phone. Review: I made a purchase of an Ipohne online with Avobuy and sent a money order for payment of $411.00 and a Western Union transfer of $3.00 to Avobuy Bank, Union Bank in CA.I cancelled and request a refund ASAP because the ship date for the Iphone would be 60 plus days and requested a refund that would process in 30 plus days. I feel this company is scamming people along with Union bank receciveing illeagal funds under false pretense due to the business of AVOBUY. Review: I ordered two phones from AVObuy.com since February. Produce was never received so on 21 April I requested a refund today is 29JUL refund never received. they initially requested a check of $630. I requested numerous times for product that was never received now I have been requesting the refund for 3month and they keep telling me to email them and when I do its the same response that it will be delivered within a month and my case it closed. They even stated to dispute my claim with my bank when they know I can't because it’s a check that they only accepted checks. No credit card was being accepted by their company. It appears to be a scam!! Additionally you can't get anyone on the phone.. Then when I input my account number they say it doesn't exist. Online they show refund under my order but no status.

I am angry this is ridiculous and a total scam and fraud! My total is $630.00 and it needs to be returned immediately.Desired Settlement: I need my refund of $630 which has been pending since 21APR14 with initial transaction 22FEB14.. this is rediculously too long to be awaiting a product or a refund.

Review: I placed an order for two iPhones on 1/8/14; their website states that the orders will be shipped 'within 30+ days'. I never did receive the items, and placed an order cancellation per their process on 4/21/14. This being a credit card order, the credit transaction should be nearly instantaneous, but I was informed by email that the credit would be processed 'within 7 - 30+ days'. Given the experience so far, I'm very concerned, as they've held my $924 for nearly four months already, with no assurance of resolution. It's extremely difficult to speak to anyone directly, and they respond to emails with obvious form letters. This has scam written all over it...Desired Settlement: A prompt refund.
