Review: I bought an iPhone 5s (for $190) on September 20, 2013, they said delivery would take 1 to 3 months. On March 6, 2014 I asked for a full refund because it hadn't been delivered yet. March 7, 2014 they said it would take 7-10 business days to refund it. It's now November 9, 2014 and I still haven't received a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for $190 deposited back into my bank.

Review: The company claims they will try to ship the products out within 30 days or more, some sooner.They charge my bank account as soon as I "bought" a nintendo 3ds for $106.Obviously they must be getting merchandise from black market "theft" or saving money to earn interest.I've called once and they said nothing yet, have not replied to my emails but sent a form wanting to participate in a survey.Desired Settlement: I want the item I bought,in brand new condition they promised or money refunded, shipment asap or refunded to my bank account.

They advertise products (in my case Iphone) for such a low price they can not deliver. When a refund is requested after waithing a year it doesn't seem to be forthcomming.
