Review: I ordered a cell phone 09/30/2013, I never received my order, when you call it takes them 50 minutes to pick up the phone just to hear them tell you over and over, we are waiting for our vendor. I have tried to cancel the order but than never received the refund, that was four months ago,Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or the phone I ordered not having to wait another 4 months

Review: I ordered a Gold iPhone 5s for the amount of $298.00 total in the month of October of 2013. I was told it would take about 60+ days for the phone to arrive and that per Avobuy's return policy, and that a full refund would be issued if I no longer wish to wait for delivery of the phone. On February 24, 2014, I requested a full refund since I had not received the phone at that point. On March 14, 2014, I was told that a refund was posted to my financial institution on 03/03/14. After reviewing the account I used to purchase the item, I found that the refund was never posted. After relaying this to Avobuy, I was told to contact the financial institution where the purchase went through. After contacting the financial institution, I was told to re-contact Avobuy and refer them to a contact number from my financial institution to resolve the matter. Avobuy refused the referral and simply kept stating that the transaction is complete when in fact it was not.Desired Settlement: I would like my bank debit card with which I charged the item to be refunded in full at this point.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] in September of 2014. I mailed Avobuy a check for $240.00 which was cashed 9/30/14, however as of today I still have not received the product and the company has stopped responding to my emails. I have tried calling numerous times, however when calling the number you are placed on hold and no one ever picks up the line. I received an email from Avobuy 10/21/14 stating, We are sending this email to remind you that the payment for order [redacted] has not been received. I responded to the email the same day stating, "My payment was received and cashed 9/30/14. Please update your files or refund my money please. I have tried to contact you by phone at (949) 266-0151 and (310) 507-0109 with no answer and by email at [email protected] and that email came back undeliverable. Please check and update your records and rectify this problem immediately." An image of the cashed check was included in the email. On 10/23/14 Avobuy's reply was, "Do you have an image front and back of your check/money order so we can review on our end"? On 10/28/14 I replied, "I already sent you front and back images of the check in my last email". On 10/30/14 Avobuy replied, " Hello, We have updated your account. Your payment has been received. Please keep in mind that our standard shipping and handling is within 60+ days. On 11/4/14 my reply was, "Thank you for finally updating my account. Please bear in mind that you received my payment over 30 plus days ago so therefore my standard shipping and handling should now be within 30+ days. Avobuy replied on 11/6/14 Hello [redacted]s. We have updated your account. Your payment has been received. Please keep in mind our standard shipping and handling is within 60+ days. So they replied by sending the same email as before. So now when I go to their website of avobuy.com it says NOTICE: This domain has been redirected.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $240.00 I paid to Avobuy for the [redacted] I never received.

Review: I purchased a Playstation 4 for $208.00 from "Avobuy" on 1/17/2014 and the business claims to take up to 90+ days for shipping and if "I" the customers choose to to wait that long for shipping can ask for a guaranteed refund. I've call this company more then 3 times, and each time they tell me the same thing quote "The forgot to process your refund order but we will get it processed today", un-qoute it's been OVER the window time of 7 to 10 business days . I have been asking and asking for my money back and they run me around in circles, which led me to believe they are a scam company they don't even answer the phone professionally. Review: My name is [redacted] and back in 3/28/14 I sent a check in to avo for a apple phone 5s gold 32gb. My order number is [redacted] which costed $369.00. I have called several times to no avail no one is ever answering the phone! I have sent 7 emails detailing all my information and no one has ever answered any of them! Very frustrating! I have never had to deal with such a rip off company like this one. Why are they still in business? I can read several complaints against this company and I wish I would have read this before buying. My name is Terrance Warren and I purchased 2 phones from Avobuy and never received my phone or the refund that I finally demanded after monthes of not receiving my phones. Then I wasn't even able to speak to a person any more. It automaticly directed me to a recording and that was no help at all. It's been a year now and still nothing.

Review: I made a purchase 9/27/13 online for two I-phones and when the phone order took to long to process(send the phones) I requested a refund on 10/24 and they replied that it should be received in 7-10 business days. So I have tried the links and they do not work for accessing my refund information on their site and I resent another email on Nov 8 and still no reply accept automated for my refund. I resent another today now I am contacting you for help. I even tried the phone number and it just keeps you in a loop because no one ever comes on the line to assist you. The payment was processed through autorize.net and the site doesnt ofer any help for the customer.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for both purchases total of 490.00 to be refunded back to the credit card ASAP. Please help to advise others to beware of this internet scam.

Review: On March 24, 2014 I purchased a cell phone from Avobuy online. Two days later, I cancelled the order. Avobuy states that you will receive a refund in 30 business days. As of today, May 27, 2014, I have not received my refund of $370.00. I have called several times, emailed them a number of times and all I have been told is that the refund is in process. They have exceeded the 30 business days that they stated for the processing of a refund. They withdrew the amount from my checking account immediately at the time of purchase. No problems withdrawing the money but a very long process to return it.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a check ASAP

Review: Ordered phone that never was fulfilled. Asked for refund a month ago and was told the pushed a button and my credit was issued to my bank account. There is no credit or refund to date. Several complaints online with same issues. Review: On August 12, 2014 I ordered three (3) [redacted]. I wired $1020.00 to Avobuy. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PHONES and after many attempts to contact the company by phone and never reaching a person or an answering machine, on October 21, 2014 I sent an email requesting a full refund per their FULL REFUND GUARANTEE: "We will refund the amount you were charged if you no longer want to wait for your item to arrive. Please send us an email to [email protected] and state that you would like to request a refund of your account and put in your ORDER ID and our billing staff will process your refund. Depending on some banks, please kindly give it 30+ business days for the refund to reflect your account."

I followed their instructions precisely. I received an automated email back on Oct 27, 2014 stating they would submit my order for a refund. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND.

On December 4, 2014 I sent a certified letter from my attorney requesting the refund. The letter was returned to me unacknowledged and unopened.

I am thoroughly disgusted and displeased with this company. I have never had this happen with any other company. Avobuy DOES NOT stand behind their orders, their word, or their "money back" guarantees, and only takes people's money.

I am filing this complaint for BUYER BEWARE!!! Please make sure people know and hopefully this company gets shut down or goes out of business.Desired Settlement: This company has a responsibility to return my money according to their Money Back Guarantee Policy, but I understand that Revdex.com does not negotiate that kind of thing. I really want to make sure people know what kind of company this is so others don't lose their money. I don't have $1,020.00 just to toss out the window - not many people do. I was trying to be responsible with my money by finding the best prices for phones. If it sounds too good to be true.....

Review: Hello ! I placed 3 orders with Avobuy. The 1st on September 14th, 2013 ; and 2 others on September 16th, 2013. It's been 7 (seven) months. When I call them, they say my products are backordered and that I will have to wait. They never told me until when I would have to wait, and hung up on me.They never stopped advertising the same products that I ordered on their website. And that makes me think there's something wrong. I called them few days ago again, and asked what was the longest wait time for a delivery, the guy answered "100 days", which is 3 months and 10 days. I called them again, and after having knowledge of my concern, they gave me the same answer "wait". I asked to talk to a manager, they put me on hold forever. Could you please have them deliver my products ? I cannot wait indefinitely. Review: order was placed last year Dec 2013, wait until April 2014, couldn't get item delivered, asked for refund, still haven;t receive the refund until today, contact them a couple times about the issue, they just give me some "standard" replies, every time the some reply.Desired Settlement: refund me immediately.

Review: I bought an iPhone 5S from www.avobuy.com on April 18th, 2014 and I transferred the money to the company on the same day. The amount that I transferred was 383 dollars. In May 22nd, 2014, I asked for a refund, They told me I have to wait for one month and they wrote it as (30 days +). 30 days passed I sent them emails and try to remind them, they asked me to wait in some occasions and in others they did not respond. Each time I call the company they put me in hold for at least 45 minutes and when I give them my order number, they put in hold for more time, than the hang out.Desired Settlement: I want to get my money back as soon as possible.
