In response to your client's complaint, they are alleging that our program is a scam without basis.  They have absolutely no reason to request a refund outside of them being uneasy with the process.Thousands of patrons of traveled with our service with no issues.  The problem is that...

whomever sent the advertisement might have said or insinuated that promotion was Free, when in fact clients are responsible for fees and surcharges.We are not responsible for marketing or fulfillment of promotions.  In addition, we are not responsible for fees and surcharges charged by the vendor.  They have expenses that must be offset as well.If your client is requesting a refund, they will have to return all certificates along with copy of processed check or receipt and letter stating reason for refund request.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.No refunds are issued after 180 days.C. In response to your client's complaint, he did not get a refund because he was past deadline to receive one.  Refund policy is stated plainly on his receipt and on our website.  I will assist him in anyway I can, but he cannot receive a refund at this time.C. C[redacted]

Please re-open this case as it has NOT been resolved! They have NOT refunded my money as promised as of this date, 8-28-2017. As you can see my paperwork shows different from what Exotic Paradise shows.  I have sent a package on June 6th 2017 to Exotic Paradise Vacations requesting my $98.00 back and sent it where I received the information since I did not receive a response to where to send.  My understanding is that once I proceed with this package of the enclosures I could not get anything back.  Front page tell you what was enclosed Activation fee refund policy, states all items enclosed in the package are non-refundable.  The $98.00 was not an enclosure.

Conditions in its entirety prior to activating their certificate.  Have your client return all certificates along with letter and receipt or copy of processed check as verification.  Once documentation is received, their refund less re-stocking fee will be processed.C. C[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  Mr. Colvin CANNOT fulfill the terms of the agreement because the company he employs to process the air travel DOES NOT PROVIDE AIR TRAVEL FROM UTAH where the presentation was made.  He has all of my documentation, including my checks.  I will begin writing letters to state and local consumer and legal agencies immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:How much sense would it make that I don't want this to be resolved. Since when is being upset with somebody legal cause for them not to do what they said they were going to do. Saying they called me and tried to call me several times it is an out-and-out lie they never did any such thing. My husband was standing right here well I tried to call them literally non-stop from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the day I was supposed to and no one answered the phone I don't care what they say or how they say it to try to make themselves look like they're doing something right they never answered that phone and that's all there is to it. I tried 4 different lines for two and a half hours nobody answered the phone. They finally answered the phone after I lodged a complaint with you and they wouldn't talk to me they put me through to a so-called mr. C[redacted] and he immediately started being rude to me which caused me to be upset and then he said he was not going to talk to me and he didn't have to deal with me and that he has a mother and he doesn't need one. What kind of business practice is that? They never tried to accommodate me never never never! All I wanted from them was a date and an airport that I could fly from that would not cost me anything other than the surcharges and taxes according to their promises. They refused to supply me with any such thing because it does not exist! The fact that they keep telling you that I wanted to travel on high-volume days or at certain times or certain airlines or any other restriction that applies no such thing! I was willing to travel whenever I could according to their terms and conditions whereby I would only have to pay the surcharges and taxes. They could not furnish me with any such dates because they do not exist! I cannot for one second believe that if someone couldn't resolve this so called the problem that they couldn't give me a supervisor who could help me or at least be courteous enough to understand that I am willing to do what I need to do to get the promises they made. To hang up on me and refused to take my calls because I was so called Rude is just insanely ridiculous and outrageous. Nobody does that! I don't know what he considers really but he would not let me get a word in edgewise and he was talking over me the whole time and would not even let me ask the question. So trying to resolve my problem? I don't think so! I have lodged a complaint with the Attorney General's office because I still don't believe this outfit is even real. If they were going to come through on a contract and promise that they made to me somebody would have contacted me at least once and they never ever did. They never called my house they never called my cell phone not once! I don't care what records they say they can show you they don't exist! Make them prove it!

We have secured the services of a Bankruptcy Attorney ( [redacted] Law Firm, [redacted], Alexandria, Va [redacted]) and is in the process of re-organization. It is not our desire to be in this current situation, however we are not the first business that has faced this situation and we will not be the last.
