We make every effort to make client's aware of the additional fees and restrictions that are associated with promotional travel. In response to your client's complaint, she would have received an Airfare voucher certificate and a 3/hotel voucher. I need those vouchers before her refund can be processed. If she is stating that she does not have vouchers because she sent them into vendor, once vendor is contacted

Received his documentation.  I informed him that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

I am not getting into this back and forth hostile and negative communication.   I have no further comments concerning this matter.

In response to your client's complaint, any additional money she has to send in is refundable.  Money is to secure her reservation.  As far as her speaking with me, it is not necessary.  I do not handle fulfillment.  All contact info is in booklet.It is very self explanatory.C. C[redacted]

In response to your client's rejection, I am unaware as to the $1800 she has claimed o have paid.  It certainly was not to us.  I am trying to assist her, but she has to be more specific with her complaint.  No Refunds are issued past 180 days.I want to offer her a nice package for her trouble, but she has to be willing compromise.C. I had already explained to your client that refund check was send out of the 1st of April.  We have had several pieces of mail go missing during that time and have filed a formal complaint with the Post Office.  It cost a lot of money to stop payment and re-issue checks.  We wait a reasonable amount of time before re-issuing.  Her check will be sent out signature confirmation on 6/3/2016.  Hopefully she will receive this one. C. I did submit an request for a refund in May 2016.  I have the email to confirm it.  He requested that I send back all vouchers.   Which I did.  I did not get a refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I get the FULL refund in the amount of $196.00.   I will return the pieces of papers that were sent to me (aka documents) along with copies of the cashed checks and a letter explaining why I want the refund.  I expect a timely refund of my $196.00 or further steps will be taken with the Indiana Attorney General.

In response to your client's rejection, she claims she filled out a registration form on 10/10/15, then she has (July).  Which is it?  If it was July, there are no refunds after 180 days.  She is well beyond that.  I will offer her an extension or exchange but she cannot receive a refund at this time.C.
