I am rejecting this response because:my husband and I have been waiting  since August 2015 for a response to know if these plans are made or what. We have been calling unsuccessfuly and as of this day we still have no answers about any of the trips hotel, flight, or cruise.This is alot to know nothing about and the trip is set for April 2016. We did not get any answers from them and after leaving several messages, we recieved a email saying we will be contacted in December 2015, which didn't happen, we called again and was told we would recieve information package by Monday the frist of February which still did not happen. It is now to late for us to get off work for this trip. We would like to get our monies we have paid back.

Many of these clients are under the false impression that Travel is free, when it is not.  It is only discounted.  We have recently upgraded our platform.  If your client is complaining about the booking fee of $70.00 to HPV, I can waive that fee and send him straight to booking....

I am rejecting this response because: I want my refund. It is their fault it is past the 180 days and he just tried to con me out of another $100 for another trip to replace this one, instead of refunding me or using the money I already paid.

In response to your client's complaint, [redacted] worked over time to try and accommodate her to no avail. We did not promise her a Free Vacation.
No company can afford to travel anyone for
Free. The certificates that your client received at her presentation
states that she is responsible for taxes, fees and surcharges. Our staff
put in a lot of time to insure your client receives the best quote available on
the market. They cannot afford to do it for Free. If she has a
problem concerning the promotional offer, I suggested that she take it up with the
company she received certificates from.
We made another attempt to satisfy your client's request by sending her one of our premium certificates, she could have taken a day cruise for pennies on the dollar. She did not wanted them to give her a cruise for nothing.Then after all this, she is requesting her money back. She was very aware of our refund policy prior to her sending in her reservation forms.
