I was told in January that after sending in the vouchers which I did send certified mail ( at an extra cost to me) would receive the refund I have been waiting for since October 2016

I am rejecting this response because: Although I did receive the refund the company deducted a "15% restocking fee" from the total. There is no product so there is no "restocking" of a returned items. Basically they kept part of my money as punishment for complaining. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of commitment to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have heard this response for months and have yet to see a vacation that does not require me to sent in more money.  I have already "paid" my taxes and fees, and do not want to continue to "buy" into the free trip I was offered.  I am wanting a refund of the value I was promised,  or something that includes all the fees I have already paid at the $ 1800. value promised. I believe it is Away to Paradise responsibility to know who they work with and what is offered to the client, not "my problem" that I don't know the terms and conditions of each company that seems to change hands during this offer.

Don't fall for this scam! Don't waste 90 minutes of your valuable time listening to sg salesmen in the hopes of getting free airline tickets. They are not free! I didn't send in any money to these guys in order to get "free" airline tickets (thank goodness), but my wife and I did waste 90 minutes listening to a couple of scam artists and one hour of drive time.

In response to your client's complaint, it appears she is filing a complaint against the wrong company.  I checked with our fulfillment company, and they do not have any record of her.  If she sent $50.00 to [redacted] to request hotel reservations, she would need to contact them....
