Mr. C[redacted] sent me an email indicating they would resolve this problem.  However, this is not the first email saying that and nothing has been accomplished so far.  I sincerely hope this time will be different, but as of now, the problem has not been resolved.

In response to your client's complaint, we have never promised her anything for Free. If someone did promise her a Free vacation, she needs to contact that party. It is imperative that all Terms and Conditions are read in it's entirety prior to activating certificate. The word Free is no where on our certificates.Our disclaimer is printed and stated clearly on all of our certificates that are presented to clients.Please review below for future reference.‘Away to Paradise Vacations' and

The service provider failed to honor my voucher to cover the cost of a trip that was quoted for $1135 (same price I could pay myself), as the voucher covered costs up to $1900.This matter has been brought as a concern and refunds requested for over 3 months now.

This company, along with H** P[redacted]l Vacations, is a scam in my opinion. Their "free" travel offerings are quite deceptive and border on fraudulent practices. Obviously, I'm not alone in my dealings with them.
Expensive lesson learned!

There was not  several repairs to the veichle and only two repairs fixed the issue addressed. The final issue was not fixed and we then returned the SUV. When sent in it was shacking really bad and you fixed a clutch fan and radiator cap. The issue got worse when I picked the veichle up and now it's back on the lot.

In response to your client's complaint, the re-stocking fee was 10%, not 15%.  He was informed of re-stocking fees via internet and receipt.This matter is closed.C. C[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:There are no certificates in the packet you mailed me.  Only papers asking for yet more money.  Why should I be out any money (restocking fee) when their were no airline and cruise travel certificates as stated?  Your package is on the way back to you with copies of US money orders I sent.  Reason - There are not Airline and Cruise certificates in package you sent, as stated.  There are only request for yet more money to supposedly receive these alleged cerfificates.Regards,

When you call you can not reach anyone. Once you pay your money to them they send you to other people who ask for money. I feel this organization is a scam and I would encourage everyone to stay away from them!!

Attached are the forms that Fun Time Reservations sent me, showing terms and conditions and fees to be paid for the "free" cruise.  Also attached are the emails between myself and the reservation specialist.Thank you for you help in this matter.Sonia R[redacted]
