This is a SCAM. My husband and I were invited to attend a 90 minute presentation in exchange for 'free airline tickets to any place in the US, free 3 day luxury accommodations and $100.00 in gift or gift dining card.' We've received similar offers in the past, they were also sales pitches and like thousands of others we lost money. Now when we get these sometimes we attend, take our free gift and leave. We arrived for our appointment early to find them packing in a big hurry. We were given the forms for our 'free vacation and airline tickets' then they were off in less than 5 minutes. We knew at that moment that they were in trouble with the authorities. The 'free airline tickets' require a $49.00 activation fee per person and a check for $98.00 for no stated purpose. The 'free luxury accommodations' require a $25.00 activation fee per person and another $50.00 for no stated purpose. Don't fall for it. You can obtain great accommodations at a reduced cost at any time share, hotel or resort that has not rented all their units out for the season.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the second claim I have filed through the Revdex.com against this company (initial complaint - #[redacted]). The initial complaint involved the request of a full refund in the amount of $148 as a result of misleading communication and advertising. Upon filing the first complaint, the business responded with instructions on how to obtain a refund - all original documentation should be sent back, along with copies of the cashed checks. This information was sent via certified mail and received on September 15, 2016. After repeated follow-up emails to the company (September 28, November 15, November 18, 2016 and January 24, 2017), we still have not received the refund. Charles Colvin (manager?) has responded each time saying that we have not been forgotten and refunds can take up to 45 days. We are now well over 4 months.

I am rejecting this response because:That's a complete lie!   I gave them additional dates and ports and there was no response.  He continues to lie in his responses and wasting my time.  It's impossible to book anything with this company.  As usual he does not respond to prior questions regarding his affiliations with the other companies that he requires fees for quotes.  Total scam and anyone should stay away from all of these companies!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:  regardless of your saying the refund is a moot point, I need to know how long this is going to take.  If no refund will be issued, we are not only out the money. but also the vouchers (paid for) that we had to return to you, per your direction.So, to me, we are out twice.

my wife and I also went to one of the cruise time shares, they said not a time share but it acts and sounds like a time share. I attempted 3x to contact away to paradise vacations thru the phone and email thru their website and I contacted the travel company again no response. Their response is that they have no relationship and what they do or not do they have no control over. If anyone wants to go to one of their meetings be careful and ask a lot of questions.

In response to your client's complaint, she received a quote for air travel 2 days ago.  Prices are a bit higher because she is attempting to travel around July 4th holiday.  In addition, flying out of Albany is always higher because it is not a major airport.She may submit for new dates...
