I am rejecting this response because: the policy listed below (directly from the company's website) warrants my refund.
A: YOU MAY RECEIVE A  REFUND (MINUS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE) OF YOUR ACTIVATION FEE UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: NO REFUNDS WILL BE AWARDED AFTER 180 DAYS.YOU MAY RECEIVE A  REFUND OF YOUR ACTIVATION FEE IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU THE SERVICES LISTED ON THEIR RESERVATION FORMS. THIS MAY INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO; GOING OUT OF BUSINESS OR HAVING NO AVAILABILITY. IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER BECOMES A VICTIM OF THE ACTS OF GOD, OR NATURAL DISASTER. IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES TO YOU FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE REASONS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A  REFUND OF YOUR ACTIVATION FEE MINUS A RESTOCKING FEE
The service provider failed to honor my voucher to cover the cost of a trip that was quoted for $1135 (same price I could pay myself), as the voucher covered costs up to $1900.
This matter has been brought as a concern and refunds requested for over 3 months now.

out a planning form.  It is quite difficult for them to speak with everyone that has basic questions when they may log onto site and have them answered.  All travel is promotional and is based on availability and fees and surcharges are required. If she is requesting a refund, all docs will have to be returned to this office along with copy of her processed check as verification.  No refunds are issued after 180 days of activation.

Hi Ken, We received a check today from EPV for $133.20. They withheld 10% of the $148.00 for “restocking” purposes. No goods or services were exchanged and I don’t feel that they were entitled to withholding the 10%. In my estimation that was a cheap parting shot on their part seeing that I spent hours trying to recoup our money and they did absolutely nothing to help us.I am not inclined to fight anymore and I want you and the Revdex.com to know that we are very grateful for the assistance you gave us in this affair.
