I had already explained to your client that refund check was send out of the 1st of April We have had several pieces of mail go missing during that time and have filed a formal complaint with the Post Office It cost a lot of money to stop payment and re-issue checks We wait a reasonable amount of time before re-issuing Her check will be sent out signature confirmation on 6/3/ Hopefully she will receive this oneCC***

In response to your client's complaint, it is always suggested that clients read Terms and Conditions of offer before proceeding further If he feels that company that gave presentation misrepresented the offer, he should take matter up with them We are a Gift Certificate company only and have nothing to do with marketing or fulfillment of promotions All of our disclaimers are printed on all certificates issued to clients ‘Away to Paradise Vacations’ and its vendor partners accept no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor or agent other than those included in this offer.’CC***

In response to your client's complaint, it must be noted that we are a Gift Certificate company only!! We have nothing to do with marketing or fulfillment of promotions!! Companies use our certificates as incentives for patrons to view their presentations We have nothing to do with what they were told!! No one is trying to scam senior citizens!! I am one myself Many people are under the impression that promotional gifts are Free Everyone is responsible for taxes, fees and surcharges No company can afford to give away totally Free gifts! We have recently acquired a new vendor that will keep the cost of Travel promotions down to literally pennies on the dollar Since we have started using this new vendor, our complaints have gone way down.If your client still prefers a refund, they will have to return all certificates along with copy of processed check or receipt and letter stating reason for refund request.CC***

Don't fall for this scam! Don't waste minutes of your valuable time listening to sg salesmen in the hopes of getting free airline tickets They are not free! I didn't send in any money to these guys in order to get "free" airline tickets (thank goodness), but my wife and I did waste minutes listening to a couple of scam artists and one hour of drive time

Clients are under the impression that because they are required to sit through a min presentation, they are to get a Free vacation We always suggest that clients read Terms and Conditions in its entirety prior to activating their certificate Have your client return all certificates along with letter and receipt or copy of processed check as verification Once documentation is received, their refund less re-stocking fee will be processed.CC***
