Please re-open this case as it has NOT been resolved! They have NOT refunded my money as promised as of this date, 8-28-Can you please contact the company and assist me in getting my refund that I've been trying to get since May I believe they are trying to cheat me and take advantage of senior citizens of our money.Thank you for your help**& [redacted]

They never tried to accommodate me never never never! All I wanted from them was a date and an airport that I could fly from that would not cost me anything other than the surcharges and taxes according to their promisesThey refused to supply me with any such thing because it does not exist! The fact that they keep telling you that I wanted to travel on high-volume days or at certain times or certain airlines or any other restriction that applies no such thing! I was willing to travel whenever I could according to their terms and conditions whereby I would only have to pay the surcharges and taxesThey could not furnish me with any such dates because they do not exist! I cannot for one second believe that if someone couldn't resolve this so called the problem that they couldn't give me a supervisor who could help me or at least be courteous enough to understand that I am willing to do what I need to do to get the promises they madeTo hang up on me and refused to take my calls because I was so called Rude is just insanely ridiculous and outrageousNobody does that! I don't know what he considers really but he would not let me get a word in edgewise and he was talking over me the whole time and would not even let me ask the questionSo trying to resolve my problem? I don't think so! I have lodged a complaint with the Attorney General's office because I still don't believe this outfit is even realIf they were going to come through on a contract and promise that they made to me somebody would have contacted me at least once and they never ever didThey never called my house they never called my cell phone not once!
