requesting refund along with copy of processed checks as verification to this office. Once requested documentation is received, his refund minus re-stocking fee will be processed.CC***

Away to Paradise Vacations is a scam!!! My wife and I attended one of there "sales" presentations and received their vouchers for a 3, or night cruise and airfare A day or two after the presentation, we received a phone call from them offering the premium travel package for about $450, when it normally ran in the thousands - our name was chosen randomly We decided to pass We submitted the forms and the feesFirst, they are almost impossible to get on the phoneWhen we did get them on the phone, they were rude and abrupt We had requested a proposal for a night Alaskan cruiseWe requested a balcony knowing it might cost more They responded by saying that they nor any other travel agent could find cruises to Alaska We sent them the exact cruise we were wanting to go on They said they couldn't access that cruiseThey offered us a night cruise to the BahamasWe didn't want that and they became combativeBy the time it was over, they stopped communicating with usWe then asked for our money back They have not responded in over a monthWw have given them every chance to make this right, however, they have chosen to not respondWe have lost all of our fees and you will tooI cannot recommend them at allIn fact if you are approached, run!!

I am rejecting this response because: MrC*** states he has been in constant contact with me yet it has been constant vague information providedI have asked to speak with him multiple times via phone with no call in return and short/brief responsesMy last email exchange is proof of that I was instructed most recently to follow the instructions in a booklet I received as an exchange offer in place of a refund Again this requests I send in more money in order to continue with this process and then I will receive information on how to book this trip Unfortunately this is the reason I am requesting the refund to begin with If I was aware up front how difficult this process would have been then I never would have sent in additional money and be in this predicamentThese processes make it difficult for anyone to schedule a trip not to mention the restrictions I have encountered throughout this entire process I feel an honorable company should do the right thing and offer a full refund due to my inconvenience The two other companies involved in this original transaction (free night day hotel stay and round trip airfare) have accepted my request for full refund and are currently processing thoseThey did it without questionTherefore I would expect Away To Paradise to do the same as that is quality customer service.

In response to your client's complaint, I am confused as to what she is actually complaining about. If she has an issue with certificates, in order for her to receive a refund, she will have to return all certificates along with copy of processed checks as verification and letter stating
reason for refund request.Our re-stocking fee is stated on the receipt as well as our website. The re-stocking is necessary to cover our expenses of product and shipping costs.When I receive the requested documentation, her refund will be processed less re-stocking fee.CC***
