When you call you can not reach anyoneOnce you pay your money to them they send you to other people who ask for moneyI feel this organization is a scam and I would encourage everyone to stay away from them!!

In response to your client's complaint, they are alleging that our program is a scam without basis They have absolutely no reason to request a refund outside of them being uneasy with the process.Thousands of patrons of traveled with our service with no issues The problem is that whomever sent the advertisement might have said or insinuated that promotion was Free, when in fact clients are responsible for fees and surcharges.We are not responsible for marketing or fulfillment of promotions In addition, we are not responsible for fees and surcharges charged by the vendor They have expenses that must be offset as well.If your client is requesting a refund, they will have to return all certificates along with copy of processed check or receipt and letter stating reason for refund request Refunds may take up to days to process.No refunds are issued after days.CC***

In response to your client's complaint, I need to know details of exactly why he is requesting a refund If he was denied a refund, why was he denied exactly? Thank you for contacting meI don't understand how they are able to get away with what the company is doingI never signed and agreed to pay any restocking fee especially when nothing was sent to me but a piece of paperThere's nothing to restockI have not received my refund but days won't be up until 2/this SundayThe person I have been communicating with is so incredibly rude I just wanted to make sure someone was actually seeing the communicationThank you

In response to your client's complaint, he will need to follow procedure regarding refund requests. He will have to return all original certificates along with copy of processed check or receipt and letter stating reason for refund request.Also, a re-stocking fee will be assessed. In
addition, once reservation request is submitted, there are no refunds at that point. You may re-submit, exchange or extend if you prefer. Send all docs to address below.
