I had a very rough start to my order from Tech RabbitThe first order, my CC company flagged the purchased and even though I authorized it, my first order was ruinedBy the time I reordered, the item I wanted was out of stock, so I had to wait for the manager at Tech Rabbit to resolve my issueHe was actually able to, and met my deadline despite the obstaclesI was doubting them the WHOLE WAY, it sounded like one excuse after another, but it all came together and I'm VERY HAPPY with the iPhone I boughtMy girlfriend loved it, (she has no idea how much money I saved on it) and I will be buying more electronics from TechRabitt!
As of the business itself they were easy to order from, I am returning the product because it doesn't work, Battery doesn't charge and controller doesn't workMind you it was a refurbished unitbut it doesn't show that anyone actually checked if the unit was ok for resaleVery disappointed
received my watch, it was as advertised and came very well protected in the mail I am just following instructions now and still have to try the product, but delivery and follow up by tech rabbit has been great

Purchase a Drone at ***, and a exteneded warranty ( yrs ) Purchased on April 26, Left motor on drone quit workingContacted *** and they e-mail Tech Rabbit where the drone came from Drone is less than a year old Getting run around for a invoice from wal-marts showing the purchase of the drone I e-mailed it to TechRabbit and they are refusing to honor the receipt Failing to fix drone, because of receipt issues I've contacted *** and they said this is the invoice or receipt and TechRabbit should honor it E-mailed TechRabbit several times and to no avail on any send back code or replacement Checked on TechRabbit Web Site and they are out of the drones as well

I ordered a Samsung Gear Fit on April On April 10, I was sent an email saying that they didn't have the item anymore and that they would provide me with a refundThey asked for my order number to complete the refundI replied asking for a rain check on the product insteadIn a matter of minutes, I received another email from them telling me my refund was being processed and would be put back on my credit card in 2-business daysI tried separate times to contact them by email and also a private message on Facebook and have not heard back from themThe customer service is non-existentA simple reply of yes or no to my rain check inquiry would have been fineAn automatic message, telling me they would reply in hours, and then hearing nothing after days, is dishearteningTo add insult to injury, I haven't received my refundI am worried this is a scam and I will not be receiving my moneyIf this business is legitimate, it needs to be responsive to their customersThis is a basic courtesy that was not given to meNow I'm left worrying and frustrated
