I ordered a Samsung Gear Fit on April On April 10, I was sent an email saying that they didn't have the item anymore and that they would provide me with a refundThey asked for my order number to complete the refundI replied asking for a rain check on the product insteadIn a matter of minutes, I received another email from them telling me my refund was being processed and would be put back on my credit card in 2-business daysI tried separate times to contact them by email and also a private message on Facebook and have not heard back from themThe customer service is non-existentA simple reply of yes or no to my rain check inquiry would have been fineAn automatic message, telling me they would reply in hours, and then hearing nothing after days, is dishearteningTo add insult to injury, I haven't received my refundI am worried this is a scam and I will not be receiving my moneyIf this business is legitimate, it needs to be responsive to their customersThis is a basic courtesy that was not given to meNow I'm left worrying and frustrated
