The price was the best I found on the internetI was hesitant on buying a refurbished product after reading the horror stories from numerous reviews for businesses big and smallI figured with the 30-day warranty offered by tech rabbit, if there was anything wrong I could return itI had some questions about shipping which they were very fast with response timesI’m happy with the product it works as good as new, my only concern was the dents on the outside corners, but that’s just the shell and it seems to work great! Boosts my confidence towards buying refurbished items

As of the business itself they were easy to order from, I am returning the product because it doesn't work, Battery doesn't charge and controller doesn't workMind you it was a refurbished unitbut it doesn't show that anyone actually checked if the unit was ok for resaleVery disappointed
received my watch, it was as advertised and came very well protected in the mail I am just following instructions now and still have to try the product, but delivery and follow up by tech rabbit has been great
You get what you pay forI had opted for a refurbished item instead of a plain used itemThere were some notable scratches and I suspect that the item had hardly been refurbishedBut then the scratches were in the Bluetooth headset accessories and not the headset itselfThe packaging was not fresh and you could make out that it was previously opened and tornLeaves quite a bit to be desired
