After ordering I read a lot of negatives about this company an was worried but would like to say I recivied good customer service respond in min of email gave polite anwser straighten out delivery tracking merchandise arrived as told have not use yet but appears in good order would use again

I purchased a MacBook Air from TechRabbit.com on 11/30/for $349.99, recieved it on 12/4/and returned it in the exact originaly packaging and condition recievied on 12/5/with a copy of the original reciept enclosed for return purposes The tracking number was provided, it was received at TechRabbit.com on 12/7/at 10:33am TechRabbit has not processed my return or refunded me after receiving the purchased item immediatley back Anthony from their customer service sent an email response after I inquired that they could not locate my return This is complete lack of ownership, professionalism and any effort to take care of a customer They have lied as it states 30day hassel free returns on their website Company hides behind email, does not respond to an emails and does not post a phone number for customers to call and follow up Please help my get the refund I am due and entitled to TechRabbit.com has the item back and I would like my refund processed without ha
while I've read a lot of not so good reviews, I have had no issues with the company They have shipped my items within a day of ordering them and handled my returns quickly and efficiently I think the issue with them is that they use the USPS (post office) to ship their stuff and their tracking system isn't very good compared to UPS/FEDEX, which cause a lot of heartburn, but that not a negative toward Tech Rabbit
