On Dec24th I purchased a Parrot bebop drone from this organization for I contacted them about possibly returning the item, but was told it already shippedIt hadnt
It originally shipped on Dec27th For two weeks they have given me information on the delivery date and as of this writing it will not be delivered until some time after the 10th of January Ebery time they gave me a delivery date, it was wringThey were also deceitful about how it would be deliveredThey told me *** would be delivering the package to my home, which is completely untrue
They balmed the slow shipment on the Christmas holiday even though it was shipped on the 27thThey blamed it on weather, even though the tracking shows it was in an area unaffected by weather when the storms occured

I ordered a refurbished Plantronics Voyager Legend bluetooth headset on Nov, 23, and it was around days before I received the deviceImmediately upon receipt I charged the device then attempted to pair it up with my cell phone and my phone would not detect the presence of the headsetI then attempted to pair it with my wife's cell phone with the same resultI contacted Tech Rabbit (website msg) on Dec6th and notified them of the problemThey sent me an email with a return label and I mailed all items to Tech Rabbit on Dec6th
To date (12/15) I have not heard from Tech Rabbit regarding a replacementI have sent two emails to their CustSvcdepartment requesting information on when to expect a replacement

I recently pruchases three "NEW" Nest Protect smoke detectors from TechRabbit.com The price they had on the items saved me $when buying three so I thought it was a great deal When I received the packages the smoke detectors were already beeping indicating low battery After opening the boxes I noticed the batteries were a Costco brand and installed incorrectly The boxes did not seem to be tampered with on initial inspection After calling Nest customer support they informed me that the detectors come with Energizer Lithium LAA batteries The ones in the units were all a cheap brand of alkaloid battery and installed incorrectly This company is selling products and advertising as "NEW" when in fact they are not and have been opened

I placed my order no problem and paid extra for 2nd day air serviceGot confirmation that the product shipped but the night before delivery at about PM I get a text from Fedex saying it will be delivered but the shipper sent it with a DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUEST mandatory meaning I had to be home to sign for the package, I could not have the driver leave it like they do every other day or sign the door hanger and have him leave it the next dayThe only other option was to pick it up between 5:30-6:at the fedex terminal which is miles awayNow I understand the reasoning for the signature so I am not upset about that, but they should have made that known to me that they would require thisHow many people are home during the mid day to sign for a package? Like most people I work for a livingI could have had the package delivered to my workI tried to contact them and request that they waive the signature and I take responsibility but they said they can not do that ( I know they can because my company does it all of the time as long as we get verbal consent from the customer and it then just takes a call to fedex)So after paying an extra $20+ for second day air shipping, I would up having to get up and drive miles round trip on Saturday morning to the fedex terminal to pick up the package
