I purchased a *** *** earbud product from them that was suppose to be a new productI received said product but was defectiveI sent the product back, and with numerous email contacts, they refuse to answer any of my inquiries about the status of said productsI feel that they are ignoring meThey received said product on 4/10/and have not sent a replacement or have communicated with me after several attempt on my part
The items were delivered ,they were ordered on a whim as gifts,I hope some of the instructions are useful for such a great deal .They are not damaged and seem to be worth every penny and more .I think I will activate one to annoy our dogs and cat

I am very satisfied with all of my purchases from TechRabbit as well as one warranty claim I find it impressive that they have the confidence to send their customers here (I did not navigate to the Revdex.com on my own) when they indicate they have received a shipment I will be buying from them again
Horrible policy when your order is late that is also conveniently not located on their site so you would not know it not 3-7days like they promised but apparent up to over weeksSo I ordered some headphones from their groupon link and it said it should arrive within 7days7days later nothing, almost another days still nothingContacted them and here is the weird part because it goes through carriers and the first carrier says that it was delivered to the second on the 22nd to a location in MA and the second carrier that should bring it to me says they are still waiting to receive it in NJ last updated 21stApparently they have a day wait policy from the last known update to able to do somethingGuess what they also have a day refund policy from when you order it meaning when my day wait period is up I only have days to make sure I get a refund that I would have to pay to ship it back which they would have to approve of first before I can ship it backHaving to wait a total of days to make sure I get my product is an unacceptable wait time if I am told it would be around days as that was a major selling pointIf I order a new pair from amazon I would not only spend the same money because the shipping fees will counteract the sales I would receive it before I can even start the return process for these headphones, return the pair from amazon and buy it again to have the second pair come in before I can receive any help from their customer service
