JP is a very professional technicianHe is through , he explains everything so that anyone can understand what is or is not happeningHe then completes that job and leaves a satisfied customer

I thought that the service tech, ***, really cared about the way my system is operating And he did not pressure me to buy additional services or equipment, which I appreciated very muchHe made the necessary adjustments and repairs to the HVAC system with real attention to detail

Mark with Ace Home Services was great He inspected my system and presented me with his findings and suggestions He was very personable and I truly felt he was here to help He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me things I did not need He offered me several options, prioritizing the items that needed to be addressed first I hope I get Mark the next time I need any HVAC service

The technician that came to my home, Skylar Lundburg, was very helpfulHe took the time to explain what was wrong with my air conditioner, and actually showed me a video of the condition of the surrounding area in the attic, so I could completely understand what was happeningHe told me what would happen if I did not do the repairs he was recommendingHe gave me different options to choose from to fix my problemsHe was very thoroughI would highly recommend contacting him if you have any problems with your air conditionerHe explained things in a way I could understand, which is a miracle, since I am not educated in the workings of an air conditioner at all!

This year our experience was wonderful because the technician (Francisco Lopez) was absolutely wonderful He explained everything, asked if we had questions and finished the inspection quickly I hope we get him again next year

I called on 8/9/my AC was not workingAC tech had come out to my residence on 8/10/char me $for a maintenance assurance planTech said he would not charge me to fix my AC if an assurance maintenance planFirst of all, they never fixed the problem I had from day when they installed my new AC & I had a warranty for a year my warranty was not over yetFriday, March 4, 2016wanted me to buy an assurance plan for $1100,I explained to the tech I couldn’t afford it if could pay in paymentsTech responded rudely with, only if the owner’s sister, how would we make money giving people payments? Then tech gave me another for choice of $I told tech I still couldn’t afford $Then tech offered me another plan for $Still couldn’t afford it but what was I going to do in this heatTech supposedly fixed my AC on Monday 8/10/15, Said he had cleaned the coilsTech said he would send an installation tech within a month to check my AC see how was running

On July 27th we had Ace Home Services come out to a rental house we own to service the air conditioner The tech said the system needed to be cleaned and a leak fixed We paid them $to service the unit and provide a year service agreement Just two weeks later they had to come out because the unit still wasnt working correctly The 2nd tech said the 1st tech added too much coolant The home was unoccupied from the time ACE first serviced the unit until we had renters move in on October 1st The renters immediately began having issues with the unit We called ACE on Oct 11th but they didnt come out until the 12th despite service guarantees in our maintenance plan The technician came out and claimed the system was a total loss and had mold He tried to sell us a new system for over $10, Our existing system was only years old and ACE had already recently serviced it and claimed it was in good working order We discussed this price given by ACE was over twice wh

Neutral experience overall The installers and technicians were courteous and very helpful They had some problems with installing a zoning board but eventually fixed the issue Unfortunately, my brand new AC ran for hours straight before the problem was diagnosed I was reassured that my system was not damaged but it is always a concern I also found some debris in my attic where the air handler was installed which I had to clean up myself

From the beginning,When the field technician Robert M*** came to my home, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalismEverything was explained in great detail,in a way I understoodHighly recommendThe next day when the two techs arrived, on time I would like to sayTim C*** and Joshua H*** were the men that replaced my old unitGreat GUYS!!! Again very professional, also cleaned up after the jobI was impressed with how well they worked together

I purchased a new air conditioner on June 21, at approx4:PM from technician Ryan G*** who had informed me that my present air conditioner was on its last leg He typed all the pertinent information into his tablet and had me electronically sign He explained each area where I signed Upon leaving he informed me that he had emailed me the paperwork When it arrived I read it over Seeing that I was able to cancel the purchase within e days, I did so around noon June 22, by phone and by sending letter via email Later that afternoon Ace called and informed me that I owed them $for a 15% restock fee I argued and asked them to have the Director call me Did not happen I called the tech and asked why he did not disclose the day period or the restock fee His response was he did not feel it was necessary
Their explanation for the restock fee was they would be charged that much from the manufacture to return it

I was very much delighted with Charles B He came to my house to inspect my air conditioner that *** Air had installed about a year ago He was very helpful, polite, and friendly - and made several recommendations that I could use to my benefit I hope he will be able to come for my services again

Brian M*** , plumbing/ HVAC tech with ACE home services did a spring tuneup and inspection for us on June 12, He and the young man he was mentoring were the first technicians, that I am aware of, who actually opened our unit to inspect / clean the coils since He took pictures of that area and others and was able to advise us about the condition of our unit (years old) He was well dressed, considerate, professional and very knowledgeable

We had ACE Home Services come out after our AC started blowing warmer air We initially had another AC company scheduled to come out on Monday but we could not wait until Monday due to our pets The service tech went up to inspect the unit and came down telling us that it did not need any parts but the fix would be expensive He told us that it would not be covered under our warranty since we did not agree to a service agreement Also, after work was complete, he was trying to tell us that our compressor was going and would give us a trade in value to replace our existing unit Because of this behavior, I was a little unnerved with the quality of work he completed and questioned if he did correctly We decided to have the other AC company out to inspect the work and confirm the service techs report regarding the compressor By the way, our unit is only years old New AC company inspected and found an additional spot just below the braze that he should have addressed, he did n

Brain was a very nice technician, he explained things well and very knowledgeable!

Charles came and inspected my ac/heaterthere was a small problem and he fixed itthen he was also able to do a plumbing check and no problems at allHe did make a couple of recommendations, but did NOT pressure meI really dislike someone doing a hard sell and feeling pressure, he did not do thisI was very pleased with Charles and would recommend him

We called with a problem about our A/C about 2:p.mThey said a tech would be out between and p.mHe arrived around 5:or 6:The actual problem was a burned out compressor fanBut the tech also said the compressor was not performing properly and would not last much longer (it was installed years prior under home warranty)We could replace the fan motor and hope for the best or replace the whole systemWe chose to replace everything (very expensive) which they did the following morningFriendly tech., quick serviceDocumentation of service performed and invoicing needs improvement
