WE PURCHASED A BRANCH NEW UNIT FROM ACE NOT EVEN YEARS AGOIT HAS BROKEN AT LEAST ONCE EVERY SUMMER SINCE THENWE ARE UNDER WARRANTY WITH THEMTHE UNTI BROKE DOWN YESTERDAY AND MY YEAR OLD PARENTS AND PETS ARE IN THE HOMETHEY PROMISED A TECH OUT YESTERDAY AND THEN CHANGED THAT TO FIRST THING TODAYNO ONE HAS SHOWN UP AND THE SERVICE REP WON'T RETURN MY DAD'S CALLSWE ARE NOW AT THE POINT OF CALLING IN ANOTHER COMPANY TO TRY TO RESOLVE AND PAY THE COSTTHEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING MY DADS CALLSSO NOT ONLY IS THE INTIAL PRODUCT FAULTY THE FOLLOW UP SERVCIE AND ADHERENCE TO OUR WARRANTY IS NON EXISITENT

From the beginning,When the field technician Robert M*** came to my home, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalismEverything was explained in great detail,in a way I understoodHighly recommendThe next day when the two techs arrived, on time I would like to sayTim C*** and Joshua H*** were the men that replaced my old unitGreat GUYS!!! Again very professional, also cleaned up after the jobI was impressed with how well they worked together

Bad way to start a dayYou need a new Air Conditioner No one wants to accept this but when someone like Sky explains, with pictures it makes it easier to take He made sure we understood what was going on and what had happened over the past year to make this necessaryHe walked us through the process of what had happened (evidently there was evidence of a small fire), and everything was rusted and a mess(not his term) Being aware of the problems and the age of the unit we decided to purchase a unit from Ace Home Services Sky was helpful in seeing that we felt we were getting the best possible buy from Ace and with next day installation we are very pleased

Company will not honor Extended Warranty for air conditioner I have been told that it was neglect on my use of air conditioner because of no maintenance done during the time of ownership Some annual checks have been done Unit was purchased on 5/26/ I have never been contacted as a courtesy call from Ace to perform annual maintenance Per my discussion with Manager K.J at Ace Air, *** ** ** *** *** *** ** ***, I was told that they would fix problem if I paid a maintenance fee of $To this date I have been told by Victoria, receptionist that he was out to lunch and that he would return call I called again on same day, 2/16/numerous times and second time I was told Manager K.J was out for the week and that they would contact technician NO call from technician My extended warranty document does not state that maintenance must be performed annually Under limitations of conditions and limitations there is no mention that I must perform annual

Ace came out to my home on 9/8/to see why my air conditioner was not working properlyAfter being here for approxan hour the repair man wrote up an estimate that and told me what he claimed to be wrong, this estimate came to almost to charge the cooling and put in leak sealant because even though he could not find the leak, there must be one according to himHe also had an estimate of other things that I should do because my system was falling apart (even though my home is new and the AC is approx3-yrs old), this estimate came to about 3,000-4,dollarsAt this time he made a phone call and told me if I did this today he would be able to give me a discount, I informed him that my husband was asleep and I could never commit to that with out his opinionHe asked me if I could wake him up otherwise He wouldn't be able to give me that priceHe also should me a picture of what was supposed to be part of my unit in the attic, but this was a lieI called the company an

Ace Air representative, Ryan Grimes, arrived at my home in Sun City yesterday at approximately 3-30pm to inspect my air conditioner unit and advise what replacements it may or may not needit was determined, by myself, that the cost of the replacements would be a waste of monies and after speaking with Mr Grimes he convinced me the best method would be to install a new unitMr Grimes was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions; he even took the time to explain "air flow" to meI give this young man, MrRyan Grimes< an outstanding rating

I received fast, professional, quality service and highly recommend this business! I recommend them to family and friendsIt's a blessing to trust an air conditioning repair service in Arizona!

*** was great in understanding my special needs and working to get it done I should also mention Salina on the phone She held it all together for me when some issues arose ACE is a real team effort and it works

*** is efficient, trustworthy and honest! I trust him to work on our air-con He always tells us "like it is"! I do not get that same feeling from many of the other service agents! My problem is not with the service fellows it is with the actual machine that was sold to us and installed in our home It is a LEMON and should be painted yellow! We have had so many extremely expensive repairs that we could have purchased a new machine twice over!!!!!!

CUSTOMER:*** ***FACTS:  Aug 13, 2015: entered into month air conditioner maintenance contractApril I,2016: company came and checked a/c and said it was okay.but said we needed the air duck cleanedPaid $and they cleaned them on April4,Found out by accident that they did not do what they charged us for so we received a $rebateTheir machine gouged a dining chair and cut the leather on the chair April 23, 2016: Came to house and checked a/c due to me calling saying that it didn't sound right when it startedCould not find anything wrong, but after talking a while, went back to a/c and finally said that we needed a new fan motor and thermostat at a cost of around $1, Did not have them do thatMay found that they had not cleaned the ducts properly by a company representative and he inspected the damaged chairUsed a wire brush on chair and made the cut worse,S.May 9,2016: Cleaned air duct

Robert Mis a great field technicianHe was able to quickly diagnose both issues and recommend a replacement unit that was appropriate for our situationHe can explain what's wrong in simple termsHe knows how to explain financing options and other paperworkHe was on time and very friendly and honest

Electrics Steve was wonderfulWithout any pressure he explained the future benefit to add additional part to my air conditionerHe explain very simple and polite wayHe is definitely a big plus for that companyI am ver pleased with his workThank you

Given a choice I would never use Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing due to overcharging, advised items were faulty, needed replacement and then advised our new A/C unit needed almost $1k in repairs not covered by our new ten year maintincluded on all new units Called because A/C was not working properly, $and A/C worked for almost an hour I called the tech, Rene, right away asking him to come back and fix He said no He advised I needed a couple of items; blower motor @ $and possibly a harness for which he never gave the cost and for which both are covered under the manufacture warranty He advised I buy the 'advanced gold maintenance plan' for $276.00, pay $for a 'parts acquisition fee' for which they drive over and pick up a part and pay $for him to complete the maintenance paperwork Ummmmm, NO! What a rip-off

On Saturday Jan 7th, my water softener unit sprung a leakI usually use Parker & Sons for my plumbing needs but they couldn't see me til MondayI called around and Ace Home Services was available that same day
Two servicemen, Jeremy and Charles showed upMy water softener unit was over years old so they claimed that there were no parts to be found to make a repairThey tried to sell me a $water softener filtration unit that I didn't need
They also claimed that they couldn't bypass the unit without drilling holes in my wall
I suspect that they trying to take advantage of me being a female owner of a large home who has no plumbing knowledge
They charged me $for the service call
Luckily a friend recommended Biltmore Plumbing who gave me the option of replacing the defective part (apparently the parts are compatible) or replacing the unit for a very reasonable feeHe also told me that the unit could have been bypassed by simply turning off a valve
So be very careful when dealing with this company and do your research!
