On About May 16th I had scheduled service to be done on my AC unit by Ace home services Parts were on backorder I was promised parts no later than May 28th And the install coudone around the 1st of June ...Proceeded with the order and was OK with that time frame And went ahead to make a deposit for half of the total price and to pay the remainder price when the work was complete days later looked at my credit-card statement in realize they had to build the entire amount to my credit-card ,After multiple phone calls to their offices it took them days to get my card credited back , By June 1st the parts were still not ordered and had not been delivered was promised many times I would receive phone calls back from their account manager Q , Who never has called back once Today is now June 9thAnd they still do not have my parts and do not have a projected date on when they cthe install

I purchased an central air-conditioning system years ago from ACE It was sold with a year parts and labor warranty When purchased, there was no mention of any requirement to purchase a maintenance contract I called ACE when the system malfunctioned and they sent a technician to troubleshoot the problem When they found the problem, they told me that they would not fix it until we bought a year maintenance contract for about $ They said I would have to renew the maintenance contract after years to keep the warranty in force This maintenance contract was never mentioned when I paid over $for the equipment The end result was that ACE refused to fix the unit that was under warranty unless I paid for their maintenance contract This was simple extortion for ACE to demand a fee to honor the warranty that was given with the unit when I purchased it Buyer Be Ware!
This company will not honor their contracts and will do everything possible to extract additional money from you I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Dear word! Don't try to get anyone after hours to fix your unit! First time we had an issue was during the summer, soon after my father purchase a NEW unitIt was degrees during the day and that evening the unit stopped working! They had NO ONE to service the unit all nightThe house was degrees inside that night....They finally sent a tech to repair the unit the following day around 9am!
Again, this week, the unit stopped workingNO heat in the house! Called in and the response was we will send a tech between and pm7:got a call, the tech was running into trouble and couldn't make itNO ONE is available to come out tonight and fix the unit
Horrible customer service and no dependable after hours support other that an operator telling you someone will get back to you some time today

Dan did a great job in fixing our air conditioner I called in the morning and Dan was at our house in the early afternoon He explained what was going on with our AC and quickly fixed the problem

Plumber arrived within estimated time and solved problem quicklyStillHave some diagnostics to go but so far so good

We have been using Ace Air for ten years and are completely happy with their serviceAll the technicians that have hepled us were well trained and very friendly
I would highly recommend them to my friends

I called on 8/9/my AC was not workingAC tech had come out to my residence on 8/10/char me $for a maintenance assurance planTech said he would not charge me to fix my AC if an assurance maintenance planFirst of all, they never fixed the problem I had from day when they installed my new AC & I had a warranty for a year my warranty was not over yetFriday, March 4, 2016wanted me to buy an assurance plan for $1100,I explained to the tech I couldn’t afford it if could pay in paymentsTech responded rudely with, only if the owner’s sister, how would we make money giving people payments? Then tech gave me another for choice of $I told tech I still couldn’t afford $Then tech offered me another plan for $Still couldn’t afford it but what was I going to do in this heatTech supposedly fixed my AC on Monday 8/10/15, Said he had cleaned the coilsTech said he would send an installation tech within a month to check my AC see how was running

Annual check of the air conditioning unit yesterday was completed satisfactorily The Ace serviceman explained all the inspection requirements and findings He added very helpful recommendations for future maintenance of the unitSigned a seven-year annual maintenance agreementThe Ace serviceman was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable

My experience with ACE started off with an estimate for a new Air Conditioning unitRobert came out and had the estimate completed quickly as well as verified my financing optionsHe was very straight-forward and kind representative of the company who made sure I looked at the reasons for the new unit (roof) and showed me any issues with the ductingThe process was quick and easy with the unit being installed on the following business day (estimate was on a Saturday)
My wife was home for the installation and explained ACE was able to remove, install the new unit, hood, and new thermostat in a good timeframe (hours)Overall, our experience with ACE was a positive one and we suggest their services to any homeowner looking for any Air Conditioning repair/maintenance

The tech was very polite and explained everything to me as he went about going over my A/CHe took his time and covered everythingI will highly recommend ACE to my friendsThank you

Two weeks ago we had a tech come out and service our a/c unit and he came in with a spray bottle with yellow liquid in it and no tools It took him about - minutes at the most to service the a/c unit and air handler After talking to my husband about it I was not happy with our service at all I called back ACE the next morning and asked what he was supposed to do and after the told me he did none of that I asked for another tech to come out and they sent out Mark P Not only did he check out our unit he explained thoroughly of his findings He then went on to check the air handler and finish up his work I feel Mark P is very honest and does a fantastic job and cares about his homeowners needs Any time I need service to our units I will request Mark P to do this work I am very confident in him and know he will do the job right the first time and explain everything thoroughly Mark P is a great asset to Ace Home Services Great guy! Thank you Mark P for a great job done to our a/c unit

Very professional and thorough Great customer service

This company has the worst customer serviceACE proposed a repair solution to an A/C problem we were having with a "pancake" unitThe "solution" itself was installed improperly including leaving the plenum covered with "gummy tape" rather than metal as one would expect and with a 4" gap It also improperly wired or connected the furnacesSince this happened late in the season, October, we didn't recognize the problem until summer when our electrical bills were to 4x normalThey did make repairs in September after failed attempts and another call back because of their negligence in failing, again, to turn on a gas valveWe asked for the return of the cost of the initial non-repair plus the increased electrical costsThat lead to discussions with John Twho then turned it over to Tim H., service manager, then finally to K.J (Kwan ***) the operations managerWe suggested, in compromise, that ACE do three things: (1) install blown in cellulose insulation to bring our attic from to and (2) install two Western Control units and (3) duct cleaning and register sealWe knew the cost of our request was about $far less than our initial demandsWhile John and to some extent Tim tried to address our issues with ACE, Mr*** offered a deal whereby ACE would among the other things install blown in cellulose insulation to bring our attic from to at 50% off published priceOf course, when asked what the published price was it turned out to be almost 4x what another company provided in writingEven with 50% off it was about 70% higher! Treating customers as fools is not good for businessDo not let these people into your home

I've been receiving calls from this company for years trying to come to my house to service my AC I've never used them before despite never using them before I received a call about weeks ago and asked to be removed from their call list Today, I received calls within minutes of each other Not acceptable

Ace A/C Senior Technician Mark Palma came to my home at the end of a hour day to fix my new A/C unit that had been installed in the past daysThe unit would not put out cool airHe troubleshot the problem and found a bad 24volt wireHe went into the attic and promptly replaced the wireHe was kind and professional and explained exactly what he was doing and whyThis gave me greater confidence in the ACE team that they will stand behind their work and care for their customers even in monsoon heat and humidty no matter how long their day might be.THANK You again to Mark Palma for his exceptional service

I was out of town and old mother was at home by herselfI called with air condition issuesI was told they would charge $for diagnostics I asked and INSISTED repeatedly if it needs any repair please contact me so I wouldn't get surprised hundreds of dollars surprised chargesWhat do they do while I am not home and my elder mom is home!!!? They replace parts that I could have bought them from Gringer for $each which I have done that before myselfPlus he told me he put lbs of cooling agentAre you ready for this!!? They called me and gave a bill for $I freaked out, that was exactly what I didn't want them to doI asked why wasn't I told before the two cheap parts were put in!,,, no answerThe only thing the guy Named Francsico could tdo to tell me he talked to his manager and give me 35% discountInstalling $dollars worth off part and now they want $640.00!!! When I said I need to talk to his manager he went back home and threaten my elder
