I purchased my Carrier Air conditioner from ACE nearly ago and have had excellent service from themI needed my air conditioner replaced on a weekend, and ACE came the same day I calledIt was in the middle of JuneAgain today, my air conditioner went out (less than years later) and they sent a technician out hours before he was scheduled to come out on a SaturdaySo grateful they have people that work on the weekends in the middle of this metropolitan Phoenix area

Annual check of the air conditioning unit yesterday was completed satisfactorily The Ace serviceman explained all the inspection requirements and findings He added very helpful recommendations for future maintenance of the unitSigned a seven-year annual maintenance agreementThe Ace serviceman was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable

My AC system stopped working and called the ACE Home Services company to check my AC system they send a technician name Brain M*** to check and they said the charge will be $just to find out what is the problem but when the Brain check the system he said the AC Condenser cap is bad he need to change it and the cost will be $mins the diagnostic charge which is $
I told him we have home warranty and he said we don't deal with home warranty and I said fine I will wait until the home warranty technician shthen he said the prices I gave you set up by the company but I have the part your AC need in my track for $and your system will work perfect but you have to pay me cash, I said fine I went to the bank to get cash and when I come back he said he already install the part (cap) and let me check your fer-ion on the system and then he said the fer-ion is too low, I asked him how much will cost that? , he said $but your AC will work, and I said I will wait for

Jim Simons went above and beyond to help me when my a.cwent out late at nightWhen he heard it wasn't working he rushed over and was here within minutes and probably on took him another minutes to fix the problemSo greatfull that I didn't have to be without an a.call nightThanks again Jim

I purchased a new air conditioner on June 21, at approx4:PM from technician Ryan G*** who had informed me that my present air conditioner was on its last leg He typed all the pertinent information into his tablet and had me electronically sign He explained each area where I signed Upon leaving he informed me that he had emailed me the paperwork When it arrived I read it over Seeing that I was able to cancel the purchase within e days, I did so around noon June 22, by phone and by sending letter via email Later that afternoon Ace called and informed me that I owed them $for a 15% restock fee I argued and asked them to have the Director call me Did not happen I called the tech and asked why he did not disclose the day period or the restock fee His response was he did not feel it was necessary
Their explanation for the restock fee was they would be charged that much from the manufacture to return it

I had a great experience with ACE Home Services.my A/C went out and they were the only company that was able to send a technician out to see what was wrong with my unit that same day I got a late appointment from 5pm-9pm ETA but they called me at 3pm and asked if I could meet them sooner which of course is a plus since had been up since 4am Within the hour Sky the technician was at my residence ready to see what was wrong with my A/C.\ Sky immediately knew what was wrong and walked me through the issues I hadHe let me know what the costs would be and said he could have it fixed the next daySky did a fantastic jobHe is fast, courteous and very thoroughHe explained what my options were at every step and he explained to me why he made the suggestions he didTop notch guy! I would highly recommend ACE Home Services to anyone needing installations/repairs with your air conditioning or heating unit

Very professional service, even checked the temperature going in to ac unit and temperature coming out at each room by the vent This was performed during a routine maintenance on ac unit, in plus years I never had a technician check the airflow thru out the house

I have been with Ace for several years now and was extremely disappointed with how their customer service has declined My review will be aimed at their lack of knowledge about their appointments and clients, as well as the fact that they are unreliable with returning calls as promised I had received an email on Sunday stating I had an appointment Monday morning Since we had been waiting on a part to arrive to fix one of our three air conditioners, I assumed it was for that So my husband and I scrambled to see who could take the day off with such short notice So, my husband stayed home and on Monday morning I called them to confirm the appointment At 8am they told me I couldn't get an update since the rest of the customer service department doesn't come in until 7am, when I informed them that it was well past that time, they said they would give me a call back Never received that call So, I called on my lunch break and the lady confirmed that our appointment was between 11am and 1pm I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told they were in a meeting By 3:30pm they still had not arrived, so I called my technician with no response and then called the office back I was told I still couldn't speak with a supervisor because they were in a meeting and was promised a return call Later that evening my technician returned my call and said we were never scheduled for that day and that the part was not even in yet I explained the issue with the email and he said he'd look into it So, several days go by and I get another email (same one!) that said they would be there between and 11am I called to confirm and was told it was in fact scheduled and I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were in a meeting and were unavailable So, I requested to speak with who ever their boss was (the supervisors) since they were always in meetings, and that I'd wait until they were available A few minutes later, Becky picked up the phone and said she was a supervisor I explained my concerns and she asked me what it was that I wanted her to do about it...I explained that a little remorse would be nice since my husband stayed home from work for no reason after we paid them 3k to take care of our AC problem and then never received a call back, despite leaving several requests for a call back She said she was sorry and that she would rectify the issue and use this example for training purposes There has been no rectification
I realized that there was no remorse or ownership of their error or recognition of their inadequate customer service I won't be using them anymore and making sure any of my neighbors who are looking for this service don't use them due to this and could not be more disappointed in how it was handled The frustration it has caused is beyond measure and unnecessary Since I was on hold and listened to their advertising of A rating with the Revdex.com, I decided to make it known some of the issues we had

The tech got out in just over an hour So this was very quick to get out during the busy summer months He worked quickly and fixed the A/C issue

Scot knows our system inside and out and always is concern and does a very good job He goes out of his way to do the best anyone can Last year he spent several trips to correct others mistakes

Today I had my yearly air conditioners service by one of their techs This person was quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing He was every polite and didn't make you feel dumb I wish I had more service personnel in other types of business like this gentlemen He made you feel like you were a friend

I had a tuand inspection of my A/C unit performed by Ace Home Services on March 10, At this time, I also purchased a multi-year service contract for 24/support of my A/C unit On July 27th at approximately 9:00pm, I contacted Ace Home Services for an A/C emergency (no cold air) I was told by their answering service that Ace only operates from 8:00am to 8:00pm and that I would need to leave a message for the next day I called a couple of more times and requested to speak with the supervisor for the answering service She confirmed that Ace does not pick up messages or calls between the hours of 8:00pm to 8:00am and that I could leave a message for the next day Their website and trucks clearly state "Emergency Services 24/7" and "Emergency Teams Available." I was also told that the contract provided 24/service when I purchased the service contract from the service technician
Since I have a family and small children, I needed my A/C working as soon as possibl

Ace is the best!

An Ace Home tech came to check a non-working A/C unit & called to tell us that there was a leak in the lines & all 8lbs of Freon in the unit would need to be replacedHe told us he needed to "test the lines" which would cost $& that it would also cost approximately $to replace the Freon & depending on how many problems he found with the test it would cost more to fix the A/C He told us that it would probably be a minimum of $to complete the job & that he couldn't be sure there weren't other issues so he recommended that we replace the unitWhen we asked how much that would cost, he quoted us $& when we told him that didn't sound right (since we've replaced A/C units in other homes & this house is only sf) he said that was accurate but said he would call his supervisor & call us back When he called back he said his supervisor told him to ask us how much we wanted to pay - when we told him it should be $5000, he said that’s "no

Our contract states that we will get our garage attic access repaired as part of the purchase of the new AC unit
weeks and can't seem to get anyone to either call us or respond with anything other than we'll call you back
