My experience with ACE Air, and now ACE Home Services has been phenomenal As with everything I have occasionally had a less then helpful technician, but overall my experience has been great Recently a tech named Brian came to my house and resolved my A/C problem in minutes This was valuable, and critical, because the sale of the house was being finalized two days later

WE PURCHASED A BRANCH NEW UNIT FROM ACE NOT EVEN YEARS AGOIT HAS BROKEN AT LEAST ONCE EVERY SUMMER SINCE THENWE ARE UNDER WARRANTY WITH THEMTHE UNTI BROKE DOWN YESTERDAY AND MY YEAR OLD PARENTS AND PETS ARE IN THE HOMETHEY PROMISED A TECH OUT YESTERDAY AND THEN CHANGED THAT TO FIRST THING TODAYNO ONE HAS SHOWN UP AND THE SERVICE REP WON'T RETURN MY DAD'S CALLSWE ARE NOW AT THE POINT OF CALLING IN ANOTHER COMPANY TO TRY TO RESOLVE AND PAY THE COSTTHEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING MY DADS CALLSSO NOT ONLY IS THE INTIAL PRODUCT FAULTY THE FOLLOW UP SERVCIE AND ADHERENCE TO OUR WARRANTY IS NON EXISITENT

Carrier system at a competitive price (Considering it is August)

Nick of ACE Home Services thoroughly checked my two AC systems and resolved issues of wear and tare

depending on the technician you get, the quality of service will vary greatly....our annual check up technician messed up the system resulting in water in secondary pan and this issue was quickly identified by second technician who was very forthcoming and fixed the issue quickly

I had a tuand inspection of my A/C unit performed by Ace Home Services on March 10, At this time, I also purchased a multi-year service contract for 24/support of my A/C unit On July 27th at approximately 9:00pm, I contacted Ace Home Services for an A/C emergency (no cold air) I was told by their answering service that Ace only operates from 8:00am to 8:00pm and that I would need to leave a message for the next day I called a couple of more times and requested to speak with the supervisor for the answering service She confirmed that Ace does not pick up messages or calls between the hours of 8:00pm to 8:00am and that I could leave a message for the next day Their website and trucks clearly state "Emergency Services 24/7" and "Emergency Teams Available." I was also told that the contract provided 24/service when I purchased the service contract from the service technician
Since I have a family and small children, I needed my A/C working as soon as possibl

I purchased a new A/C unit from ACE, that came with a year parts and labor warrantyAll of this is on the contract that I signed and have in my possession My fan motor failed and ACE refused to fix it, unless I purchase an additional service and maintenance warranty from them, in the amount of $I have called their office three different times and asked to speak with a supervisor and have not received a call back from oneI did call the manufacturer of the A/C unit and they confirmed that the part is under warrantyI have since hired another A/C company and paid them to have my A/C fixed

We had such a wonderful experience with ACE Home ServicesOur 17y/o AC unit was completely out and we couldn't afford a new oneI called ACE (had used them for service in 2012) and they came out the next day (Wed)They helped me get financing (we don't have great credit), and helped to rush everything throughI got approved on Thursday at 345p and ACE got me scheduled for Friday at 8a, on a holiday weekend! The installers that came out (Francisco and Matt) were awesomePolite, friendly, courteous, professional, cleanThey went to work right away, got it all up and running in 6hrs and cleaned up after themselvesThey were very thorough and organizedThe office staff are efficient, their follow up customer service is exceptionalThey called on TUE morning to schedule a f/u to ensure everything was as it should beThey came on time and at our convenienceWe are definitely life long customers

I found this company over priced for Trane A/C repair by 30% over another Trane certified A/C I needed a new Fan Motor and Module which I was quoted $by *** *** ** but Ace Home Services quote was $ This was with a 10% part discount for having a service plan with themYeah, some discount They took over ** *** *** *** accounts, but it doesn't buy you much except free services two times a year If needed expensive repairs beware, and get a second quote on anything significant as I found Ace is very over priced!!! It cost me $service call to find this out I am not happy customer of Ace

We have been utilizing Ace Air for our PM's and duct cleaning since and they have been exemplary with their professionalism, knowledge, timeliness and work ethicLast week, their field technician, Tim Herring, found our year old air conditioner was no longer efficient and needed too much repair! Tim, with his experience, knowledge and people skills guided my wife and I through the process of buying a new Carrier air conditioner/furnace that would be the most efficient for our homeHe took the time to ensure we understood everything and made us feel comfortable with our decisionWhen it came time for the installers to be involved, Harold, their supervisor, came out to inspect the work area for efficiencies to be gained when the installers came out to complete installationWe knew we were in good hands when the two installers, Justin and Wyatt, turned out just like Tim amd Harold, experienced, pride in their work and company! They worked hard all day, answered our questions, explained what they were doing to improve our cooling and heating in our home through some required modificationsThe result was our home has never been so efficient, huge gains in air movement and a tough situation turned into a good experience for my wife and I, all due to Ace! We would definitely recommend Ace to anyone!

ACE Home Service installed our unit, a Goodman, several years agoWe were happy with the serviceWe get it serviced about once a yearAbout a month ago it went completely outWe went to a hotel for the nightThe next morning Joe, their tech came out and said we needed a new condenser coilThat was fine and we paid the amountThe problem was Goodman has sold to a company in China And it would take two weeks for the partACE went above and beyond by sending Billy out every three days to put Freon in the unit so we would have it coolIt was over most daysWhen the part came in, Joe spent five hours on our hot roof but got in all finished
I recommend ACE Air to everyone who needs to have their A C checked, worked on or replacedRex and Connie Burger

After 5years and months our gas/pac no longer provided cooling and blew only luke warm airTech from ACE came out and found a leak in the cooling coil and blamed me for the leak and said the year warranty was no longer valid because the coil was dirty and routine maintenance would have prevented the leakExamination showed the cooling coil was lightly dustyThe Day and Night cooling coil would not be available I was told by ACE, Friday 4-15-for at least weeks We contacted Day & Night and was told the production run for our model cooling coil would not even start until 5-2-and then would be to weeks before shippingI contacted ACE 4-19-and cancelled the order for repair $4,New unit was $5,installedWhen the new unit was installed there was no inspection of duct workUnknown to me there was an inch square hole where the evap cooler had beenA cusory inspection by ACE would have revealed thisDuct work was not sealed at the return air ventSo for the last years we have been venting heated and cooled air into the attic/atmosphereNow ACE wants $shipping fee for a cooling coil Day and Night had not even manufactured yetWith my limited knowlege of air conditioning and heating I had to trust ACE HOME SERVICESFool me onceI know I will not use ACE againIt is my opinion they did not perform the minimum requirements for a professional installation and to listen to an admonishment of why it was my fault the cooling coil developed a leak and the year warranty was no longer valid was over the top

Ace Homes Services acquired the previous company I used for my A/C service The service tech that came out to my home was Skylar Lundburg He was very polite and actually explained a lot about my unit that no other service tech took the time to do before I am very thankful for his help and will definitely be continue to use Ace Home Services for my annual A/C service

courteous and professional, when told it was the main breaker on my electrical service in, I was a bit skepticalthey got an electrician on the job within minutes [it's 4pm July Arizona] electric and air conditioning on and working fine nowbulls eye! spot on!
