I have used Ace Home Services for my air conditioner for years and have just started to use them for my plumbing repairs Their team of workers are the "BEST" that I have used They are very polite, get right to the source of the problem and get it fixed and do it in a clean manner I would definitely refer them to people I know and I will continue to use them for further services They do an excellent job

I purchased an AC unit from Ace back in I'd like to thank Becky, H*** and the amazing field representative Tim for working to rectify an installation issue so many years after the fact They of course did their due diligence to confirm my request, and prove the issue was true What an awesome experience dealing with company who acted in good faith, responded in integrity and served their clientMany companies would say tough luck You're on your own Ace however responded with the highest level of respect and professionalism I highly recommend Ace They will treat you right! I was in a bind with no AC and didn't know any repair companies as not from the area I saw the ACE truck parked along the road and spoke to driver He arranged repair for next day He was very professional, knowledgable and efficient and fair Very happy with the work and quick repair time I would definitely recommend them and Stuart was great to deal with

So I came home to a sound of a dropletI looked around to see where it was coming from and it was coming from my filter vent areaI recently had my unit installed about days ago so I thought it was strange that my air handler was leaking waterAfter I place my call to the emergency on call #, I received several notifications stating that I would have someone on the wayThe technician sent me a text letting me know that he would be arriving within the next hourAfter he arrived he took a look into the attic and noticed that a hose a hose got detached and pretty much plugged it back inIt was a simple fix He also went the extra mile to tape up the air handler, adding some electrical tape to some wiring, and making sure that nothing would leak before he left Jim has about years of experience and did**SSN**r a great jobHe made sure to clean up after he was done, he was very thorough, he explained everything that he had noticed and he fixed itJim was extremely friendly and professionalI appreciated his level of expertise & knowledgeI'm definitely very satisfied with his serviceThank you again

Ace recently installed a new ac/gas furnace in our home The original proposal/contract had one figure on it which was $8, The new unit was installed on 4/26/ To date I have not received an invoice More importantly, when I requested that I would like to have a bill/invoice showing a breakdown of parts (one figure for all parts), labor and sales tax, I was told they do not do that I was surprised by this as it seems somewhat unethical not to issue an invoice with the three items I have contacted them repeatedly and cannot get them to provide the information

Charles came and inspected my ac/heaterthere was a small problem and he fixed itthen he was also able to do a plumbing check and no problems at allHe did make a couple of recommendations, but did NOT pressure meI really dislike someone doing a hard sell and feeling pressure, he did not do thisI was very pleased with Charles and would recommend him

The tech ,stuart,told me my furnace needed a new motherboard and a air blowerThis would cost and would probably be a waste of money because system was 15yrs oldIt would be better to replace entire system to the tune of dollarsAmazon price for motherboard is 50,blower is Called another co.,they replaced a small blower called a stator mother for 250,furnace works fineStuart made up whole b.sstory about wet insulation being sucked into system ruining entire systemHe works this story with Tim h on the phone back at the main officeThey did refund the service call,after I filed complaint with BibbThey sent out another tech to check out my complaintThe new tech found no water damage and said he would follow up over the deceptionSure

Absolutely the worse AC service we have ever rcvd as homeowners of several homesWe installed a new unit that immediately needed to be replacedIn less than months they have had to come back out to tweak things & now replace another part again...their response "no worries, it's under warranty"It has taken them over a week to get our unit fix & still not working properly; also, their estimated time of services will keep you home waiting for days!!!!!

We had ACE Home Services come out after our AC started blowing warmer air We initially had another AC company scheduled to come out on Monday but we could not wait until Monday due to our pets The service tech went up to inspect the unit and came down telling us that it did not need any parts but the fix would be expensive He told us that it would not be covered under our warranty since we did not agree to a service agreement Also, after work was complete, he was trying to tell us that our compressor was going and would give us a trade in value to replace our existing unit Because of this behavior, I was a little unnerved with the quality of work he completed and questioned if he did correctly We decided to have the other AC company out to inspect the work and confirm the service techs report regarding the compressor By the way, our unit is only years old New AC company inspected and found an additional spot just below the braze that he should have addressed, he did n

Would never use Ace again In I purchased a new air conditioning/heat pump unit from Ace together with a year parts and labor (including compressor) extended warranty This spring when they came out to do the yearly check, the repair man said our unit was in bad shape (the unit is only years old) and was leaking refrigerant but that he couldn't find the leak Said they would have to perform an extensive leak check, remove and replace the evaporator coil and perform several other tests to the tune of $of which $would be covered by the warranty but anything to do with the refrigerant was not covered under warranty He also said that they couldn't guarantee how long the fix would last - maybe a month or maybe a yearAlso said it would probably be in my best interest to purchase a new unit which, for my house, the best fit would be $10, I opted to do neither and after checking with friends and neighbors called in another company that was highly recommended by several to check the unit The other company charged $to do the check and said the only thing they could find wrong was that it was pounds low on refrigerant which is very unusual to lose that much in the one year since the last check up and they could not see any sign of a leak I'm not saying that ace purposely let out refrigerant but no one can find a plausible reason for it to lose so much in one year with no visible signs of a leak The new company replaced the lbs of refrigerant for $for which ace was going to charge $for just lbs and the air conditioner is now working just fine After he finished adding refrigerant and checking the unit, my new man took a look at Ace's list of costs to do all the repairs they said were required and was amazed at the costs they were charging The new company also said they could install a new, brand name system; when we were ready to do so at some point in the future for a little over $- not $10, The new company is a small family owned business who has been serving the west valley for years with an excellent reputation Wish I had used them to begin with years ago Since all of this happened, I discovered that my neighbor's son-in-law used to work for Ace until last year and said he left them because the emphasis in training all of their repair technicians is now on sales rather that repair and that he didn't like the high pressure tactics that he was expected to use on customers when going out on a repair call

Ace Air representative, Ryan Grimes, arrived at my home in Sun City yesterday at approximately 3-30pm to inspect my air conditioner unit and advise what replacements it may or may not needit was determined, by myself, that the cost of the replacements would be a waste of monies and after speaking with Mr Grimes he convinced me the best method would be to install a new unitMr Grimes was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions; he even took the time to explain "air flow" to meI give this young man, MrRyan Grimes< an outstanding rating
