I took the day off for a scheduled appointment between and 1p on Friday I was excited to hear from them at 945a to tell me they would be here in minutesTwo hours later, I decided to call to find out what happened Oh there was an emergency that came up, we have someone e else coming At 1245p I received a call it will be another minutes to an hour No thank you Four hours of my off day, o thank you

I found the service rep. (Richard G.) to be very polite and through in his inspection service of our air conditioning unit. When done with the service explained his findings and including a written recommendation of cost associated with the potential repair (which he discussed thoroughly).

I had an old pipe from the house to the septic tank replaced. The service was excellent. A representative contacted me by phone giving arrival time of the plumber. He and his helpers hand dug a ditch in my yard to remove the old pipe so as not to disrupt the landscaping. They were quiet and efficient and left my yard looking like it did before they started working. Work is guaranteed for 3 years. I will definitely recommend them to to my friends.

One of my air conditioning units stopped working. Ace had just been out to check all the units two weeks previously. They said that they would waive the $75 service call because their previous service call was just a few weeks previous. The tech determined that a capacitor had failed and he replaced them with a 45 ufarad and a 10 ufarad capacitors. He billed me $271 which I commented to him seemed high and he did not break down the cost of the capacitor or labor. I called Ace the next day and talked to Becky. She said that she was the manager and that she would help me. I asked her to break down the $271 charge between parts and labor an she emphatically stated that she would not do it. If the capacitors cost even $50, Ace was charging me over $200 to install them, a job that took less than 10 minutes. Something seems wrong here??!!

The technician that came to my home, Skylar Lundburg, was very helpfulHe took the time to explain what was wrong with my air conditioner, and actually showed me a video of the condition of the surrounding area in the attic, so I could completely understand what was happeningHe told me what would happen if I did not do the repairs he was recommendingHe gave me different options to choose from to fix my problemsHe was very thoroughI would highly recommend contacting him if you have any problems with your air conditionerHe explained things in a way I could understand, which is a miracle, since I am not educated in the workings of an air conditioner at all!

Two weeks ago we had a tech come out and service our a/c unit and he came in with a spray bottle with yellow liquid in it and no tools It took him about - minutes at the most to service the a/c unit and air handler After talking to my husband about it I was not happy with our service at all I called back ACE the next morning and asked what he was supposed to do and after the told me he did none of that I asked for another tech to come out and they sent out Mark P Not only did he check out our unit he explained thoroughly of his findings He then went on to check the air handler and finish up his work I feel Mark P is very honest and does a fantastic job and cares about his homeowners needs Any time I need service to our units I will request Mark P to do this work I am very confident in him and know he will do the job right the first time and explain everything thoroughly Mark P is a great asset to Ace Home Services Great guy! Thank you Mark P for a great job done to our a/c unit

I was in a bind with no AC and didn't know any repair companies as not from the area I saw the ACE truck parked along the road and spoke to driver He arranged repair for next day He was very professional, knowledgable and efficient and fair Very happy with the work and quick repair time I would definitely recommend them and Stuart was great to deal with

I bought Air Conditioner and Air handler on 06/I have made multiple calls because it shuts off and when I call for service they do not comeOn July 7th the system shut down I called and customer service said that they would arrive and no one came to my house nor did they callI would call every hour to find out ETA and they would only tell me that I was nextI received a call from Manager saying he was sorry and that they would send someone right awayHe came didn't find anything wrong with unitI do not know what he did but it stated working againNow yesterday it was another birthday celebration with no air conditionerI told customer service that I wouldn't have a phone to just send techThis time I wanted to make sure that the tech checked how the unit was installed because I am not going anywhereNow I am days without AC and it is really hot right nowSpoke with *** *** ** *** *** ** *** and he said he cant do anything about it and cant replace or retur

ACE sold me the heat pump for my rental home (2012) and AC's and furnaces for my current home (2012) I have maintenance agreements on bothOverall, company has been very responsive Had a lot of issues with heat pump initially, but after multiple service calls, seemed to work fineHad heat pump serviced last Friday - regular maintenance per agreement Told I needed new fan = $ After new fan installed, tenant reported that heat pump not cooling since service Called ACE today Scott came out within several hours, noted fan installed incorrectly, fixed it, and now all is well Have had great service from Tim Herring, Francisco and now will add Scott to my list of excellent service people at ACE

This was a very pleasant experience, and Jason very well met, did job in good time I will call him back when I'm ready for recommended repair
