For the second year in a row ACE Home Service called the day of my appointment to rescheduleThis time the reason was some of their technicians requested time offI scheduled a vacation day in order to be home for the appointment When I spoke to the representative about needing a tech to come out same day she said there was nothing they could do except to reschedule I chose not to reschedule and will never use them again

I purchased my Carrier Air conditioner from ACE nearly ago and have had excellent service from themI needed my air conditioner replaced on a weekend, and ACE came the same day I calledIt was in the middle of JuneAgain today, my air conditioner went out (less than years later) and they sent a technician out hours before he was scheduled to come out on a SaturdaySo grateful they have people that work on the weekends in the middle of this metropolitan Phoenix area

*** is efficient, trustworthy and honest! I trust him to work on our air-con He always tells us "like it is"! I do not get that same feeling from many of the other service agents! My problem is not with the service fellows it is with the actual machine that was sold to us and installed in our home It is a LEMON and should be painted yellow! We have had so many extremely expensive repairs that we could have purchased a new machine twice over!!!!!!

The tech got out in just over an hour So this was very quick to get out during the busy summer months He worked quickly and fixed the A/C issue

ACE sold me the heat pump for my rental home (2012) and AC's and furnaces for my current home (2012) I have maintenance agreements on bothOverall, company has been very responsive Had a lot of issues with heat pump initially, but after multiple service calls, seemed to work fineHad heat pump serviced last Friday - regular maintenance per agreement Told I needed new fan = $ After new fan installed, tenant reported that heat pump not cooling since service Called ACE today Scott came out within several hours, noted fan installed incorrectly, fixed it, and now all is well Have had great service from Tim Herring, Francisco and now will add Scott to my list of excellent service people at ACE

On July 27th we had Ace Home Services come out to a rental house we own to service the air conditioner The tech said the system needed to be cleaned and a leak fixed We paid them $to service the unit and provide a year service agreement Just two weeks later they had to come out because the unit still wasnt working correctly The 2nd tech said the 1st tech added too much coolant The home was unoccupied from the time ACE first serviced the unit until we had renters move in on October 1st The renters immediately began having issues with the unit We called ACE on Oct 11th but they didnt come out until the 12th despite service guarantees in our maintenance plan The technician came out and claimed the system was a total loss and had mold He tried to sell us a new system for over $10, Our existing system was only years old and ACE had already recently serviced it and claimed it was in good working order We discussed this price given by ACE was over twice wh

The serviceman, Nick, was quick and thorough He explained what was done and the condition of all the things he reviewed and tested I was very satisfied

Service tech sold me a new high efficiency unit because my older heat pump fan wasn't workingHe said, if it was possible to fix, it would be at least $5K because it was old(So am I.) After changing the filter and allowing to unfreeze the lines, my old unit worked fineI tried to cancel, but was advised that to cancel the order would be a $restocking feeWhat a rip off Once you are hooked, they don't want to let you off.....even if they lied to get you to purchase in the first placeNot my idea of a trustworthy company

I found the service rep(Richard G.) to be very polite and through in his inspection service of our air conditioning unitWhen done with the service explained his findings and including a written recommendation of cost associated with the potential repair (which he discussed thoroughly)

Mark Pwas able to fix the problem with my air conditional in a short period of time All problems are now fixed

The inspector, Michael, did a thorough analysis of all plumbing and made several recommendationsHe completed an estimate of costs, broken down by item, and there was no pressure to follow through on signing a contractHe was professional, courteous and knowledgeable

Robert Mis a great field technicianHe was able to quickly diagnose both issues and recommend a replacement unit that was appropriate for our situationHe can explain what's wrong in simple termsHe knows how to explain financing options and other paperworkHe was on time and very friendly and honest

AC unit was installed on 6-4-no problems with installation or the folks doing the workA+ Group
Our contract states that we will get our garage attic access repaired as part of the purchase of the new AC unit
weeks and can't seem to get anyone to either call us or respond with anything other than we'll call you back

I had a great experience with Ace Home Services there install went very smoothly
