Mattress Defect
In July/August of my husband and I purchased a sofa, bed frame, and mattress set from your store in Enterprise AlabamaReturning a month or two later to purchase a dining table and chairsAt the time of the purchase my husband was beginning his training to become a pilot with the US Army at Fort Rucker, ALWhen we got to the store we looked at several pieces before deciding on the furniture we wanted to purchaseThe associate who helped us was very kind and considerate and claimed her name was TurtleI am not sure if this is a nickname she uses or if this was her actual nameI inquired about the protection plan and everything it entailedThe associate, Turtle explained to us that everything would be covered under the warranty and extended protection planThe associate used multiple examples to explain to us what was coveredOne of the examples was in reference to the mattress she stated that once we have kids if they pee in the bed and we can't get rid of

On 6-17-2018, I purchased a White Frigidaire Refrigerator and Warranty from Badcock & More in Camilla, GA I paid $1,for both The refrigerator was delivered and installed and almost immediately, I began to have problems with the icemaker I called the business on several occasions to come and fix the ice make, which they did
This occurred for three documented times during the course of a year and to this date, the ice maker still does not function properly I have resolved that I have not received the performance from this appliance that I paid for and that this seems to be a defect with the appliance which cannot be resolved
I have requested that Badcock simply replace the refrigerator with a similar make and model, but the only response I have gotten is to simply keep sending technicians to fix the malfunctioning refrigerator that I have

I believe this company has not done right by not giving me the service/product that drew me into their company...The aggreement they advertised, spoke to me in detail about and agreed in a contract about was that they would give you credit with no interest for months....my specific aggreement was an easybpay plan which was to have no interest for months..I received a flyer advertising a big sale 0% interest months no refusal..this drew my interest knowing that I need another type of credit to help my credit score and I need furniture...after discussing it with the sales woman I looked around chose some furniture...she does the paper work goes over the plan again as we are writing...so whe all done with oaper work im told they will call me let me know if im approved...which caused me to ask well I ïthought all were approved? Was told there are different plans..she will call me later..I did receive several calls thru out the next couple days so I returned their call and was told

Charging interest after all installments been paid within the 0% APR time load
A year ago we financed some furniture in a deal of 0% APR in badcock branch in lakeland Fl
We were promised that there will be no intrest charge as long as we pay within the month time
We set up an automated payment for each month
At some point badcock system failed to charge the card, and as soon as we got that the bill is outstanding we paid itWe even spoke to a customer service times setting up the monthly automated bill, and the same thing happened again a few months afterI even paid the penalty fee, although it was their issue and not mine

All of a sudden we get a bill for $for interest chargeIt is unclear what the interest is for, and how it was calculatedAPR should be calculated based on the outstanding balance, it is unclear how they did the calculation
I called customer service and they couldn't explain how the interest was calc

Bad furniture and bad repair and customer service

Badcock is reporting a day late payment on my credit report for October I clearly was not days late on my payment
I called badcock billing departmentThe lady I spoke with said that my payment was days late, but since it was after my bill cycle they were going to report a day late and will not update my credit report to reflex that I was not in fact days late in October This is fraudulent reporting and my credit report needs to be updatedI was not days late on payment
