Repeated attempts to correct the issue yet remains unresolved
We bought several furniture items, paying cash for the majority but financed the last for credit rebuilding purposes back in February
We have yet to receive a bill, a payment voucher or any correspondence informing what our payment would be, when it was due or how to pay the bill We are also concerned that the company may be reporting non-payment to the credit bureaus
We have contacted the company repeatedly for the information needed We still haven't heard anything back including our request for our account number

Late payments on credit file from well over a year ago
I have purchased two items from this store over the past two yearsThe first item has been paid in full well over a year ago and the second item was paid in full in timely manner (within a few months)

Invalid late payment charge
I made a purchase in November, from the Prattville, Alabama locationMy first $payment was due December 11, The following schedule and payments are listed below:
I paid $12/10/that was due 12/11/
I paid $12/23/that was due 01/11/
I Paid $01/21/that was due 02/11/
When I got my March statement it showed that I did not make a payment in FebruaryThe statement showed that my balance due was $ I called the home-office billing and was told that the 1/21/was applied to the principal (not for the February payment)Therefore, I owed the February, March and $for late fee for a total of $ I was told that if you make a payment within the same billing cycle it is automatically applied to principal I have never heard of a payment being applied to the principal unless the customer request to apply to principal This is just away to take advantage of people I was livid and decided to pay my account in

Contacted cust serv, request CEO, incorrect credit reporting which not my fault

Recliner has broken five times and seams splitting open in two places and batting falls out of bottom of recliner when lying backLess than yrs old

Ordered and Paid for furniture and a nitemare! Badcock in Pensacola Fl performed poorly in their accounting practices, warranty of purchased pieces, customer service, and the corporate offices were no better
After months of going round and round with them on a purchase of over $3000, I simply just gave up and paid off my remaining balance...Just to be through with them altogether!
Do not waste your time, energy, and especially your hard earned money here! The only thing this company is good at is giving customers the run around! They do not abide by their boast of "Badcock makes it easy" or "Treat People Right."

My complaint is the quality of the product that I purchased
We bought a bunk bed twin/full from Badcock in April of last year We paid over Within months the bottom/full rails snapped into I called them and they said they would send someone out to look at it That took about weeks Then they ordered the part and said it could take up to weeks to get the part in It took about 1/months The finally fixed it Then not even a year of owning itIt snaps into again The wooden rails and also the metal frame this time I called them again on April 26th she(Pat) said they would have the corporate rep come out and look at it on May 6th He never came I called her(Pat) again today she was so short with me She would not even let me speak without interrupting me She advised she was trying to get it taking care of She is going to order the parts again I explained that I had some concerns because this is the second time that the bed has broke and I don't f

On August 6th, we were shopping for new furniture and decided to try the local Badcock store located at *** McDonough, GA *** to see if they had anything that would fit our needs to complete our new homeAfter browsing the store, we decided to purchase several pieces, including:
1) One Queen Size piece bedroom set (Headboard, Footboard, Rails, Dresser with Mirror)
