I'm only being generous by giving this company a They really deserve a negative 10!!! The Badcock store on Horner Blvd sucks!!!!!! There customer service is the worst I have seen in a really really long time!!! They do not care about their customers or their jobsAll they do is sit behind the counter and talk to each otherI have never once been asked if I needed anything or if there was something they could help me withNo matter what question you ask any of the staff there they never know the answer and if they tell you they will find out and call you back...they wontThey have even lied to their main office about calling me about my claim....they never calledI will never ever buy furniture or anything from this store again!!!

I reached out to the company was included in my bankruptcy and since has been dischargedThey are now in violation of the FCRA and bankruptcy code

I purchased a sofa from Badock Furniture in Homewood The customer service was not the best but I thought I would give the young woman a chance after she mentioned she was new and trying to meet a sales goal The first problem was when the sales person tried to pressure me into purchasing a warranty on the furniture and could not explain to me why it was needed The manager came to her rescue The second problem was I had to go back into the store to get the advertised gift No one mentioned, not even the manager, that you received $in free merchandise with your purchased The biggest problem came with the delivery of the furniture The sofa was ripped in several places under the bottom when it was brought into the house I wrote a note on the delivery sheet and called the store There was no follfrom the store I had to call the national customer service number to get some help I was instructed by their customer service agent to go into the store to speak to the

Purchased a brand new Maytag washer & Dryer from Badcock Mercer Univ Drive Within days of delivery the washing machine tore up Called Badcock said I needed to call maytage repair took days after repair was made on 2/5/it tore up again in days 2/7/ (same exact problem) I called to return washing machine to get a new one told no one was there to assist me, I had to speak to Manager only Was told By Manager "James" I had to wait for him to contact persons over him at corporate office for approval, said he would call me back with info Today is Saturday 2/10/we still have not heard anything back from them regarding washing machine replacement Since the date delivered we have had nothing but problems with this washing machine and lack of customer service Each time Badcock store is called the associates constantly tell you James is gone different places and when I speak to James He continues to say he has not heard back from his superiors Even when we call the number we were told that they can't replace it only continue to repair it to times and their tech has to decide when to replace machine Meanwhile our family has been unable to use the machine weeks nowI WOULD HAVE TO RECOMMEND THAT OTHERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND BE AWARE THAT THEY SALE DEFECTIVE APPLIANCES THAT THEY DO NOT STAND BY WHAT THE SALE!
