I purchased a T.V from Badcock & More in MarchIn April, the T.V started FlickeringI contacted the Store on N 56th Street Tampa, Fla where I received the T.V fromThe store manager informed me the the T.V is still under manufacture warranty and gave me Their number, WestingHouse ElectronicsSince April, I've been calling Westinghouseevery three weeks or so up until nowThey would walk me through different trouble shooting Technics until finally we were back to the first orginal trouble shooting TechnicWhen I mentioned to the tech that we have already tried that one, he informed me that I need to take pictures of the unitThe front, back, left side, right side and serial number as well as what the unit was doing, so I took a videoHe advised me to send all that info to them at Westinghouse.The first few times of trying to send the info to Westinhouse, the email kept coming back as "recipient inbox

Worst experience everI called the Okeechobee location after Hurricane Irma looking for a window air conditionerThey told me they had one BTU unit leftI told them I would take it and was on my way to pick it upWhen I arrived I was told they had sold itI don't live far away, so it didn't take long to get thereI think this is unacceptable and I will never go into a Badcock store ever

I have been a loyal customer of Badcock for over a yearI have made several purchases and was initially given a $credit limitMy bill has been paid on time and at times I have made double paymentsI came into the store to add more furniture on my account since I was almost done paying for the last purchaseI picked out my merchandise only to be told they had to redo my account limit so after submitting my credit limit went from $to $Then I was told I had to put 50% down which I did after I had some items taken off the orderAfter putting $down I was told I had to put an additional $down which basically only left maybe $left to payEven after all this drama my order was still put on a credit holdThis is unbelieveable and an outrageI witnessed another customer come in stating she still had months to go in her bankruptcy and she was given a $credit limitI feel mistreated and extremely disappointed as a customer that

I bought a leather/vinyl reclining sofa there in 8/22/for dollars now the vinyl peeling off went there about weeks ago to complain and heard nothing back,,also got the recliner which is fine..then bought addchairs on 3/24/which are fine also..and paid cash..guess I should have charged since they want help me with my problem..really need some help with sofa.replace or give me a deal on another one..thanks very much ***

They are rude unprofessional and crooksThey have hung up in my face have lied and said I'm being represented by an attorney when I did not say so locked me out my account and forced me again my will after saying I don't agree nd forced me to do a credit updateThey won't let me use any of what I have available but are reporting me for not paying but yet how you expect someone to pay after you lock them out for no reason nd y'all them that they can't use what my credit allotted me for already!!! They advertised months interest free, never told me I didn't qualify need score I left never being told I would be charged 23% interest

In February 2007, I purchased furniture through Badcock Home Furnishings and charged it to my account with BadcockI have never missed a payment or made a payment lateHowever, in March 2014, I made a cash payment in-storeApparently, the store accidentally applied the cash payment towards my wife's account rather than mine, since we obviously have the same last name and addressI contacted the store, spoke with the manager, and informed him of what had happenedI was told by the manager that my account would "be fixed." However, Badcock reported to Equifax, one of the major consumer credit reporting agencies, that there was a "30+ day late payment" in April Again, this is not true, since the error was on the part of Badcock
