FAILED TO PROVIDE REPAIRS TO MY SOFAS
Hi,to whom it may concernI have purchased vynal sofas from Badcock store in Jacksonville FL on Beach blv.I also bought extended warranty for my fabric protection when I called to make a claim regarding the issue that I have with the fabric peeling off and ripped fabric they told me that is not covered by warranty when there website says it is covered ,they also told me that I have to pay for parts and labor to get it fixed .They are liars and they are Ripping people off there furniture sucks and someone needs to do something about it .PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU VERY MUCH

My order was messed up The delivery continued to be push back and they took their time to get the product that was wrong back

When I opened an account over years ago I requested insurance to cover in case I was to lose my job at that time.....it was never put on my account!! I lost my job, due to medical reasons, months later, and have been unable to work sinceThe company will not return my calls for over a year and 1/nowNow I have recieved a civil summons for the remaining amount of my accountSo, because of THEIR salespersons mistake (not putting the insurance on my account) and THEIR poor response to my MULTIPLE calls to try to handle this situation, I am now facing a judgement for the full amount!!

Poor Warranty and Customer Service
