Unauthorized billing for insurance on purchase; refusing to refund money; no insurance contract signed

The supervisor said for me to call the warrantyI told her No I was not; she said the next time her repair man comes in town she would have him come out because she was already booked up for the following week*** because my mother needed the chair another couple of days pasted.(1st time the repair man came out) The repair man came out and said the chair was running hot and would have caught FIRE!, and the store has had many problems with the chairs (Not one but many) I went back up to the storeI asked for a refund and come pick up the chairShe told me that they would charge a re-socking fee

We purchased a new bedroom set and living room furniture back from Badcock located in Murfreesboro TN back in late February, early March We spent close to $4000, if not more With this purchase, we also purchased a mattress to go with the new bedroom set We started to notice problems with the mattress after about a year (June 2016) and called the local store They came out and did an inspection on the mattress and advised they would replace It was sinking in the middle and the only person that slept there was my month old daughter No way could she cause this mattress to sink, she barely weighed 18lbs at that time The replacement came week later, but there was a rip in the mattress They took it back and we had to wait another week for a replacement
