Bait and Switch pricing to sell add- n insurance protection
At the time of purchase on 7/22/18, the salesman asked if I wanted insurance for the credit card balance for the purchase of furniture, in the event I was to become unemployed or disabledI asked how much it cost and he said it was only about $per month added on to my bill I agreed to add the insuranceI was later billed almost $per month After further investigating I found this amount is determined by multiplying $per of the average daily balance of the accountI called the company and explained how the salesman had misquoted the cost of the insurance and asked them to cancel it and refund the two months charges of for each monthShe said this would have to be done at the store levelI went into the store and spoke to the manager, Veda, who acknowledged that she would speak with the salesperson regarding quoting the cost incorrectly, but she told me corporate would have to take care

Delivery guys ran over septic tank and got stuck
Delivery guys from Hendersonville NC made a delivery and got their truck stuck over a septic tankHad to call a tow truck and I might have possible damage to the tankI have spoken to the people in Hendersonville and told that the drivers said "that it was ok to turn around" where they got stuck and that is not trueNo one will come and look and no one will send a plumber out to even see if the line or tank is bustedYou guys now charge people to deliver and will be held responsibleCivil suit will be filed

INACCURATE REPORTING VIOLATING MY PERSONAL RIGHTS
BADCOCK is knowingly reporting information to the credit reporting bureausTHEY HAVE CONTINUED to falsely report it as an open, revolving accountThey are not allowed to report it as a factoring account and list a past due balance as an installment loan as this is a collection accountI have disputed this account, and asked for verificationThey failed to respond in the required days with the information that was requestedThis account is further negatively affecting my credit report and score due to this company's reportingI am demanding full deletion of this account as a result of not verifying the information or contract allowing them to report it as a factoring trade line account

I purchased a Dual reclining Sofa which began sagging on one endI contacted Badcock due to my sofa being under WarrantyThey sent someone out to inspect the problem, at which time they stated that the framing support was split and would have to be replacedTwo weeks went by and finally I was told that they would have to send the owner out because the two men they originally sent are not qualified to make a decision(So why did they send them???)
The owner then comes out to inspect and states that yes in fact the board is split therefor they were ordering another End seat
Today they brought it and installed it however it is much fuller and is clearly an eyesoreThis is what I am left with

When I received my furniture with Badcock I was pregnant and was told if I bought the insurance that my account would be covered while I was on maternity leaveI returned to work several weeks after and my account was behindI sent in the necessary paper work, with my jobs information and the doctors signature with having to pay a $fee to get my doctor to sign and sent it inI was notified that it was decline so I called for reasoning and was told I was not eligible for the insuranceThis was very inconvient for me because I thought I was paying insurance for this to be coveredI called customer service and asked for their helpThey only credited me the insurance payment backHowever I wanted them to some how make it to where my account was current to prevent my credit score being bothered for their lack of policy with this insurance

I rate it best for customer service, cleanliness and qualityThe entire staff that I interacted with was welcoming, personable, very polite, dependable and promptDon H (the assistant manager) and Ms A*** were extremely helpful, reasonable, and polite while helping me They actually made my day I walked in that store with a lot on my mind and God placed these two angels before meMs A*** was a sweetheart She was very knowledgeable when it came to the furniture and sales She helped me remain in my price range Also, she never grew weary or inpatient with me The assistant manager Don worked with Ms A*** and I He made sure I was taken care of and made my load a lot lighter than what I anticipated Lord knows when I walked in there I didn't think I would be leaving being able to get everything I needed Don made sure I got what I needed and more He was amazing The entire staff was pleasant There was another young lady there but I didn't catch her name She didn't help with my purchase but she made friendly conversation with my sister and me as we waited The young man behind the counter didn't talk much but he smiled and made friendly gestures While being there, I noticed how attentive they all were when customers walked in They make you feel like you're being welcomed into a homeI was quite taken with the great customer service, cleanliness and excellent quality of this store I walked out of this store feeling so blessed and I will be forever grateful for all they did to help me! On January I went to Babcock in Hampton, SC and purchased a Serta icomfort Insight King Mattress & High Profile Foundation at a cost of $1,The purchase was paid for within about monthsIn August we noticed a sink in the mattressWe contacted our local dealer and was informed they would send someone out to check the mattressAfter they checked the mattress Babcock report read: "Customer said right side is too soft." We purchased furniture from Badcock in February of We purchased an extended warranty on all of the furniture on top of our one year manufactures warrantyThe arm on our chaise fell off this summerAfter numerous calls, Fast Repair a furniture repair company was sent to our homeThey "fixed" arm and it fell of that same dayThe repair guy new it was not repairable and attempted to fix it by using a secure the armIt fell apart that same dayWe called to file another claimIt took nearly weeks for another repair company to be sent outThe second company showed up and took picturesHe stated the arm could not be replaced We waited for an update on the claim and we never received a call or any written communicationWhen we called Badcock, they stated our claim was rejectedThey did not have any notes on why the claim was deniedWe called the store manager in Brandon to get further assistance, and to find out why

I bought a bunk bed 6-9-The bed was not put together because the driver said there was a missing whole they said a new one needed to ordered which took about a month and a halfThen when these individuals came they said nothing was wrong with the bed and it should have been put together from the startYet, the 1st guy showed me the missing whole and the 2nd guy was holding a drill in his hand while talking to me about itSo at that point I just gave up on this bed and asked them to simply have the bed returned since it has never been usedI was told that they could not do thatSo around July 13, they finally let me do an exchange and I told them then that if the new bed could not be delivered by the time I go out of town around July 17, it would have to wait til I get back around August Yet, they showed up to my home one Aug23, and I said again I will not be home til the 27th the driver said he will redeliver on that next ThursAug I cancelled a dentist appointment

Since the bed broke on the 9th of Sept, the store that I purchased it from, Jefferson City, TN, has yet to fix my bed I have called numerous times with the same response as it is the manufactur that is holding us up This has been going on for over a month and will soon be two months Please note that I purchased this bedroom suite at the Jefferson City, TN store There was not an option to select this store I have spoken with corporate as well as have not had this issue resolved yetHow would the people of corporate or the store of purchase like to sleep in a broken bed?
