We financed furniture with Badcock in Salisbury October The table was damaged upon arrival and the wrong table was shipped
We have tried on several occasions to speak with the store manager and have been unsuccessful untill we contacted the corporate office in January We were given a case number and they called the first weeksThen we never heard anything back after thatWe were given multiple delivery dates to receive a replacement table and we have still yet to receive itWe've missed time from work, missed weekend engagements due to waiting for a delivery that has not happended yetMy fear is that this pound table will give and someone may get hurtIts cracked at the top around the casing that holds the marble on both sidesWe have the paper work for the pub table but was told to keep to keep this one for now until the new one is ordered and shipped per Aurora the sales repWe have been more than patientThe manager finally called and said that we were up

My purchasing experience was greatHowever, I had to return my purchase but was given the run-around about receiving a cash refund which is the form of payment I madeI made my purchase on 10/07/I called my salesman on 10/10/to inform her that I would need to bring my purchase back because it did not work for meShe said that was fine and to come in the next day by 8, which would be 10/11/So the next day, I took the merchandise in around 6:She said that she had a couple of people in front of me and that it would be a minute for her to get to meThere were other associates with being the manager thereShe didn't get to me until an hour later only to tell me that she couldn't pull up my account and could not refund me my moneyShe offer to take my account number so she could make a deposit the next day or to send me my refund via checkShe also said that they did not have that much cash on-hand in the store to make the refundSo I left the merchandise and agreed to come back the next dayShe called me the next morning stating that the store could not refund anything over $and would have to submit a work order to corporate and have a check cut that may take up to weeks to receiveThis could have been said on MondayThis is not listed on any document I received nor on the company websiteNow I have to wait weeks for a check after paying the store in cash

I bought a washer and dryer and few other things from them about to months ago added up to close to about 5000$ while the washer was under warranty hard it repair 2x for going off balancearound weeks ago the water over flow when it was filling up on a small cycle all over my floors call them they said the warranty was done spoke with the corporate office also could not do anything for me them the dryer broke a few days later the knob on it broke call debow appto come out they fix the dryer knob payed for thatthe washer had to order a part come out to my house 3x still could not find the right part for this washer and still not fix just had operation on my knee be out of work for weeks on top of everything else this washer maybe the dryer was not right from the beginningand I did pay off my whole bill tothis is outrageous!!!!

Purchased a recliner, still under warranty and they have no one to repair it and want to charge me $to replace it
Purchased $recliners in March 2017, we moved from St Petersburg FL to Lake Worth FL and they are now refusing to sent anyone to repair the broken recliner that is still under warrantyNo where in their warranty does it stipulate a service area and the manager agreed but said we stipulate area and you are out of it So instead they want to charge me $to pick up broken recliner and deliver a new one I requested a repair and they said they have no one to repair Don't think it's fair to charge me to replace a broken chair under warranty
