I have an account with this company which I have had a pristine payment history with I have even paid ahead months in advance and more than the monthly amount due They are erroneously reporting that I am late despite everyone at the location indicating that they know that I'm not late I have made multiple attempts to resolve this problem with the store's owner but he keeps giving me the run around and refuses to return my calls I have filed a complaint with the CFPBcomplaint number *** I'm currently waiting on them to respondThis company has defamed my character and my name and have refused to correct their accounting error I want them to know that I'm willing to explore every legal avenue allowed to me under the law and if this matter is not resolved my next complaint will be with the Attorney Generals office

The staff very pleasant and helpful,I have purchased many pieces of furniture from this store and never once had a problem that was not taken care of immediately Prices may be a little high on items but overall they are a great store

Very poorly made furniture Bought a bunkbed and it was missing parts (screws) They orderded the parts and had to wait about a week for the parts (I had to do the follow up) The bottom rails of the top bed caved in I called on Monday and they told me that someone will come to take a look on Wednesday No one even called I called and there was no record of my phone call Then the solution that I was given was for them to order the rails (appx six weeks to arrive) and for me to spend more money in their store to buy a platform

I bought a washer and dryer it was delivered to my house and they did not bring the proper plug for my dryer so they had to set up another time to come out and bring the plug they came out two days later and still brought the wrong plug came back again and still brought the wrong plug I had to go in the store to get a plug for my dryer and hook it up myself when I in return paid for my washer and dryer to be brought to my house and hooked up correctly so I got it to working then my washer I use for the first time and I feel it up with clothes water soap powder and I watch it because it's not spinning so I called the store they tell me the drivers delivery guys forgot to take out some part that allows the middle piece to spend so I called I asked when can I get it fixed they told me I would have to wait more days I have a washer full of clothes and soapy water if it's in there until Monday my house would be stinking I calle

I called to make a pmt 2-mos.ago for the data entry clerk miskeyed and put in I called them at the Brandon office where the error was made, they said they would correct it My next bill was inclusive of the overcharge I called them last monthStephanie said she had it correctedShe did not I got my august bill and called Abby and she said a manger would have to remove the and they would call me back she saw the error They have not,as of 8/1/I am getting the run around for the error they made, plus they are overcharging me for interest fees

This store is absolutely terrible, the manager is rude, the employees act like they don't know what's going on, I purchased a sectional on April 1st 2017, since then of my recliners have ripped on the bottom and all the cotton is coming out, one of the storage consoles is cracking, I called corporate and they sent an approval for me to go pick out a new set for equal or lesser value, went to the store today, and picked out something that is $less then what o originally paid, & was told I would have to pay $more to get itI don't think so! Purchased a dining room suite from Badcock Furniture in Shallotte, NC1-30-The finish is coming off Still no resolution
The finish is coming off the top of the table Sent the Manager Cathy pictures on 1-30- A tech was suppose to come in February and them again in March Waited all day and he didn't show up He finally came 4-5-took some pictures and I called weeks later and still no answer My next step was to call customer service in Florida and spoke with Kenny P*** I have spoken to him twice and have called back several times and can't get him on the phone They want to send another tech to look but I said no the only thing that is changing is more finish is coming off We have spent over 3,dollars on furniture with them and their customer service sucks I want my money back of the set and the delivery fee

I had several items from Badcock which I was satisfied with the products and service, however in my account went delinquent for non paymentI am repairing my credit to purchase a home and decided to pay my outstanding balance with them on May 27, in the amount of $paid In cash by my boyfriendWhen he arrived there as I was out of town, he called me so I could provide Badcock with my personal informationThe gentleman verified my info and I stayed on the phone while he took the payment in full and they provided him with a receiptI explained I was trying to buy a house and expressed my concern on the time frame as I needed this updated with the credit bureau quicklyI was then advise 30'daysHe even followed up with me and I told him I didn't see the update after the days, he called me twice as I expressed I didn't see the updateI disputed the account just knowing they would remove it but to my shocked on July I received an a notice on my credit that account has been updated and it also decreased my credit score the day before I submitted my application for a pre-approval on a homeI called the store and told them of the update who assured this was taken care of, I then called the corporate office who advised me my account was never paidShe then gave my info to another guy by the name of Don who to this day has not even reached out to call me backWe went back and fourth until a few days later the payment finally came out of hiding and was then posted as of July To shorten the story I am very upset about with this company as this was not my fault of the error now my credit has decreased and even more when I reached out to the credit bureau they stated they have an account with Badcock who had the ability to pick up the phone and call them to make this update so it takes affect immediately and on my behalf no one has done soI am disappointed in the customer service and how many times I have had to call them with everyone promising to call me back especially Don at corporate and Liz as well
