I went and purchased a sofa from one of the Badcock furniture stores in Charlotte NCI had to wait over an hour to be helped a a sells personWhen we finally walked out the store and made a date to pick up sofa one of the sells repsdropped the sofa that was in the box at the time off the dockI then told the repthat he was going to damage the merchandise before I even got it homeHe than assured me that the sofa was in the box and not damaged and if it was the store would exchange the merchandiseSure enough when I got the sofa home and out of the box and put together the pieces that needed assembly the sofa was damagedI proceed to call the company and complain they wanted me the customer who did not cause damage to the merchandise to bring the sofa back in and wait to pick up another sofa next weekTo make a long story short I purchased this sofa December 12, 2016, the company is just now picking up the damaged sofa today February 18, I talked to a so called supervisor named Tyrone who was very disrespectful to no avail This company or maybe this store on the Southend in Charlotte NC has no professionalism about themselvesI am very disappointed with this company
