I bought furniture back in late August from this companyI was given a $credit limitI asked during this purchase about a dryer that I want but the ones in the show room were not the style I wantedSo my question was came I get one later when you have the style I wantI was told yes and because I had $limit account with months interest free it would go towards that accountWell, I called a few months later and was told my a sales associate that the original sales associate was not thereI was also told I needed to come in that eveningThis new associate made sure he knew my name and ageHe also combined a washer with the dryerI attempted to take the appliances with me but because I did not buy the hoses from Badcock I had to pay the delivery fee $and have them deliveredAt first the washer and dryer was going to be left on the porchInstead they were left in my livingBadcock claims it was left there because the old washer and dryer was not removedI did

Terrible customer service only partial delivery with no definite date of arrival of rest of merchandise.this is the Newberry store in South Carolina
Manager charged me for two deliveries when there was only one delivery claiming 1.the computer would not let him change it 2.it was two delivery charges because I paid cash for a purchase and added items to my account..I mentioned it to one of sales representative at checkout she stated that was not right and removed it I feel like this manager is a dishonesty person out to rip individuals off he doesn't seem to know what he's doing..made my puchase on Feb 22,partial delivered on the 5th my beds didn't come only the mattresses and storage to beds the manager tell me today that it won't be in til the 17th I'M PAST DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE

It stated to make a lot of noise when I reclining it so I decided to record it with my smartphone and take it to the store and let them here it so I played the video lady and she noticed it was a problem and the recliner making a lot of noise when it reclining so she setup a tech to come out to try fix it so the tech came out today and he heard the noise he said its nothing he could do to stop the recliner from making alot of noise it just the way it is I ask for a replacement he said they other one might do the sameHe said I will talk to them about it tho
So I decided to call the number explain to them the same thing and the lady said it is something they could do is replaced it and how would the tech now the new recliner would give you the same problemShe said but its not my decision to make its the storeI just dont want to be paying for a item that im stuck with the noise at least they can replace it or discount it on my account

On May 12th, I called Babcock furniture and spoke with the manager there about putting in an order for a mattress set on saleI was told that I could not put in an order with them because I no longer live in the areaThis did not make any sense because it really did not matter where I livedI could pick up the mattress setI was told because I live out of the area I could no longer have an account with themI was told I had to reapply with another store in my area.I changed my address with them back in Marchand non of this information was disclosed to me which made me suspicious of this information that was given to me

Purchased a new push mower with warranty that has needed multiple repairs that I had to pay for

I purchased a GE washer and dryer last August and have had nothing but problems with GE has been here times and put in a new computer system and new balancers The washer continually walks out of area where it goes off balance, does not clean clothes and leaves fuzz and lint balls on all clothes, fills with water-empties and fills again to wash and they say nothing is wrong with it My water bills for months have jumped from $a month to $a month I have had to go to laundry service and wash my clothes and they are not cheap They wont give me another washer and dryer - not GESo I want them to come and get them and do not want them
