I have been waiting for over a month and no one has contacted me to let me know when I will get my money back. When I call their customer service department, I am told that there is nothing they can do because the accounting department is in a separate building that is not near by.When I ask to speak to the customer service manager I am told that he is busy.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the promised refund for [redacted]

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:I do online banking and all transactions I am able to see daily! So again not being truthful. Send me a check instead I dont trust this baloney of having to wait thirty days for my reimbursement. You wanted payment right away and I complied I want the same from you!..

Business

Response:

Please note the transaction was credited on batch ID 4881 and the reference number for the transaction is i239817. Although it can take up to one billing cycle to post, it should be visible on your account sometime this week. Please check with your credit card company or bank again later this week or on Monday to verify the credit. If they cannot verify it for you by Monday, please contact us directly so we can look into the issue further with your card company and track it. Thank you.

Review: I bought a engine from these people Feb-19-2016 for a 2010 335i [redacted] over the phone. I explained [redacted] my supposed sale representative at that moment, that I was looking for a low mileage engine, which he quickly reply saying that he had what a was looking for. a 22k mileage 2010 engine. I made the purchase the same day for the amount of $3,200.00. He said that my part was going to get delivered in 5 business day. He lied to me, after multiple calls asking for my engine delivery and dealing with [redacted] attitude. They place the engine for delivery Feb-29-2016 10 days after my original purchase. When engine finally made over to me March-7-2016, I came to find out that the engine they sent me was a engine for a 2006-2007 335i which is not comparable to my car, and that was not even the same VIN# of the engine they sold me. The engine looked like it has 200,000 miles and it was sitting outside for along time. I immediately call them to explain the situation, and they gave me the biggest attitude ever. [redacted] yelled at me and hung off the phone. After, I was unable to get a hold with them, I would call and get placed on hold immediately. March-8-2016 I made another attempt and I was able to get a hold with [redacted], which I told me that he would get a freight to arrange to pickup the damage engine. I was told by [redacted] that once they receive the engine, they will process my refund. They received the engine back since March-15-2017, and this is the point of time that I haven't gotten my refund. I need help I call everyday, and leave messages on the accounting department voice mail, and I haven't receive anything yet. Is about to be 2 months now.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $3,200 to my credit card. I don't want to deal with this company ever again. If this does not work, my next step is to contact my attorney.

Review: On March 6, 2015, I ordered a part which, before it arrived, my mechanic said I didn't need. I sent it back on March 16 and it arrived at their location on March 19. In the months following, I have called their accounting department (exclusively answered by voice mail) several times and provided the required information and e-mailed them as well trying to find out when the refund would be applied to my credit card. The credit has never materialized and my attempts to find out why have been ignored. The cost of the part was $75.Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card on file.

Review: Being charged for service that was not rendered and to getting my refund back.

On December, 24, 2014, I ordered a headlamp for a 2007,2008 [redacted] x5 3.0si for $710.74 with Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc. located at [redacted], Rancho Cordova CA 95742, Tel 1-[redacted], the Representative Name: [redacted], order confirmation #[redacted] and was told to expect the part by first week of January due to the holiday. After the first week of January came and gone, I called to find out the status and I was given a [redacted] tracking# [redacted]) and there was never any activity/history under the tracking#. When I try to track the number the only information I get is a tracking # has been created and nothing or no history, I called them and I was told by [redacted] the representative that he's looking into it and he will call me which he never did. I called again and he told me that [redacted] has lost the package and I will be getting my refund and he gave me an RMA#: ([redacted]), per him to track my refund with account department by calling the accounting department by calling the accounting department for me to leave a message and never I've never been able to speak with someone directly and I also email the accounting department at ([redacted]) many times as well to no avail. Each time I call, I was told to call the accounting department X[redacted] and follow the instruction and I left so many messages but no one ever get back to me regarding my refund status and why it takes so long to do so. I have spoken with the rep that took my order ([redacted] at extension [redacted]) and keep telling me that he has nothing to do with the refund and he only sells parts and to call accounting and I stated that there is no direct line and leave a message which i've done so many times to no avail as well as sending email to getting no response. I made it clear to him and other representatives that I spoke with that it feels like all i'm getting is a run around for my money ant it seems to be a bogus response or a setup. I feel that a game is being played with me. It's over a month and still not receiving any refund as I was told.Desired Settlement: I'm writing to help me get my hard earn money back and for the company to treat customer with respect and to understand the frustration as being to rech or hear from anyone. I'm asking for help in getting my $710.74 back from Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc.

Thanks for looking into my concern on my behalf and looking forward for a quick resolution on this matter.

Respectfully, [redacted].

Review: Where do we start? WARNING!!! Do not use this company for anything. Placed 2 separate orders that we never received. Called several times (12)for an explanation that never transpired. What I did get was a phone que runaround!! From accounting to customer service to sales to the original service rep. ETC...... Finally, they said let me get you to the owner. I said what??? Then I knew I had been scammed. At that point, I said I will try the owners direct ext.[redacted]. Phone was disconnected again!! That truly solidified my scam.Desired Settlement: Refund my Company debit card.

Review: I returned a part that was incorrect. Supposedly there is a credit authorized for the refund. It is invoice # [redacted] in the amount of $ 211.10. I was told to call ###-###-#### and speak to Annette in accounting and she would process the refund. I have called six times since 1/31 and have left messages. Annette's recording says she will call back within 24 hours to process the refund. Nothing has happened and I have not received a refund. I went online and saw a response on Yelp from someone who had the same issue and they finally processed a complaint with the Revdex.com and received their refund within 4 days. Thanking you in advance with your assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $ 211.10

Business

Response:

This order was successfully completed in Jan of 2013. However, we found an RMA refund authorization for this return for $211.10 issued by our prior manager on 6-4-13. But this RMA authorized a check refund when the customer's original order was paid by credit card on eBay checkout -- this could have contributed to the delay. I have asked Joe to look into this one, contact the customer, and arrange the refund if the customer has not yet received one.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and today I received a credit for the amount in question on my credit card. Thank you for your assistance with this claim and for your role in resolving it for me, it is greatly appreciated.

Review: I have been taken by this company. For over a year I have been trying to receive either the part I ordered in working condition or a full refund of the money I spent to obtain said part. Nothing but automated services and voicemails... the part was returned to this company and I have yet to receive my money after stating that was how I wanted to handle this situation a month ago. Now mind you, this whole process has taken over a year and I would only like to receive my refund. I want my money back which totals to nearly $1,000.00.Desired Settlement: $1,000.00 for the transmission that I was promised and never received. Plus any compensation for aggravation and lost wages due to car being in the shop.

We apologize for any inconvenience, I looked into your order and we did keep in contact with you

and your husband throughout the duration of the order. You were given the opportunity

for a full refund or for us to continue looking for a replacement part on many occasions.

We were instructed to keep the order open and continue looking.

On 6/30/14 you indicated that you did not want another part and would like a full refund, at

that time we processed a pick up order, once the original item is returned to

us you will receive a full refund $940.32 as agreed.

Update: It appears that the item was returned as specified in the last complaint ([redacted]), this has been submitted to account for a full refund $940.32 RMA# [redacted]

Thank You,

Review: The subject order was for used parts for [redacted] X5 2007 model car consisting of two total items with the following amount of $406. 63 on Oct 31, 2013. Bavarian Autos sales agent Mr. [redacted] charged me on my credit card on the same date as stated before. He promised to ship the items within seven days and even though after the promise of the seven day shipment I received my goods after Nov 20, 2014.When I opened the box there was only one item in the box when there were supposed to be two sensors including in the shipment. I called and talked the same person Mr. [redacted] and explained him the situation. He confirmed that they havent sent these sensors and he promised to send me sensors within the same week. Again after fifteen days, I was told that the packet was withheld in US Customs. I called Mr. [redacted] and he agreed to generate the refund and gave me the refund tracking number which is [redacted] FOR $191.84.Due to mistrust and the lack of customer service by Bavarian Autos I was forced to go to my mechanic for double checking the received PDC Parking control sensor unit. My mechanic told me that even the one part that was sent to me was not in working condition as well.By the same token I talked to Mr. [redacted] regarding refund and the faulty part. He told me that there is nothing that he can do and advised me to keep in touch with their account department. However there is no direct number for their department and whenever I call the designated number Im left unanswered to an automated messaging machine. Nobody has called me back from their company or the account department and Im left here wondering how a company like this is left unregulated and not taken care of.I checked their online reviews and apparently it is just not me that has been treated this way. Other clients have numerous complaints as you can check their reviews online.I would really appreciate it if your department can look into this matter as I do not want anyone to be treated the horrendous way that I was.Desired Settlement: S/N QTY DESCRIPTION PRICE TOTAL CONDITION/STATUS1 01 SENSOR MODULE PARKING CONTROL [redacted] E70 190 190.00 NOT WORKING2. 03 SENSORS PARKING CONTROL 180 180.00 NOT SHIPPED3. 01 SURCHARGE 3.63 3.634. 01 SHIPPING HANDLING 33 33.00 TOTAL US $ 406.63

I apologize for any inconvenience,I looked into your order and it has been submitted to our accounting department for a partial refund ([redacted]) / $191.84 for the sensors that were not shipped. Depending on your credit card company, this could take a full billing cycle. I also re-submitted it to the accounting department to speed things up.If you would like a refund for the PCD relay module, you would have to send the part back to us so we can process a new RMA and get that refunded as well.Thank You,

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because multiple business cycles have passed on my credit card billing yet there were no refunds. I do not trust this company at all. I would only like to send the part back when I receive my money. Please understand my situation, I am still waiting for the missing part and according to my receipts I paid for 2 items yet still received one. And what is the guarantee that the other part will be in working order and if it is not, I will have to wait a couple of months to go through this process again which I can ensure you that I have no time for. As stated above, I will send the part back as soon as I get my refund in full. I hope Revdex.com understand my situation and reacts in a fashionable manner. Thanks,[redacted]

Business

Response:

Please understand we can not refund for a part you still have. Once you return our merchandise, we will gladly process a full refund. To help speed the process up, we can have the item picked up if needed.Write this RMA number ([redacted]) on the outside of the box and call us when it is ready for pickup.Thank You

You have only massaging facility for refund related matters, they never return the massage. Now I want to convey you that packet is ready please arrange pickup and let me know when it will be picked.

Review: Purchased, on line, from Bavarian a [redacted] headlight assembly on April 10 2014. This was a wrong "model" of this part and could not be installed in my car. On May 13,14 I sent [redacted] of Bavarian photos of my original part and photos of the parts received to prove that the received part is not the right one. On May 27,14 [redacted] promised that a "mounting bracket" will be send to me which will make the headlight fit my car. On July 16,14 [redacted] told me to be patient because the "mounting bracket" was a special order and it is being shipped from Germany to Bavarian and once received will be shipped to me. On Sept 10,14 I spoke to [redacted] was away)who told me that [redacted] will check into the order. On Sept 16,14 [redacted] told me that the special order for the "mounting bracket" was never issued. On Sept 22,14 I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] and was told to return the headlight assembly back to Bavarian. On Sept 23,14 the part was shipped back. On Sept 29,14 the part was received by Bavarian. Bavarian refund # assigned to me is [redacted] (I was told). Ever since I am waiting for a refund. Despite several calls, e-mails and voice mails Bavarian accounting department does not answer the phone or return calls regarding the requested refund. Review: We purchased a transmission from them over a month ago. They have gave us the wrong one so we returned it. They got there part back on May 20th and we still haven't gotten are money back. When ever we call they always put us on hold and never answer back. We're paying the Machnic money just so the car can stay their since it can't move and we keep lossing money because they won't refund us the money. We really need the car that's why we got it and now we're going for two months and we can't even use the car.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund of what we played, and if possible more for what we have to pay the Machnic for just leaving the car to sit there, because of them we've putting way more money then we should have.

Review: I called Bavarian on 11/26/14 to order an automatic transmission for my 97 e39 540i. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of ** who assisted me with my order. I provided ** with an address to have the transmission shipped to. I received an email confirmation 5 days later, I noticed the address he was shipping it to was incorrect. I called to let him know the address he entered was not the address I provided him. He said he would fix it. I called [redacted] 4 days later to ensure the address was changed in which they said they received no notification for the change of address. I called and spoke to a [redacted] and he took care of if immediately. Upon receiving the transmission my mechanic (specializes in BMW) inspected it and it seemed to be fined until he installed it. Not only we were receiving a fail.safe.mode error it wouldnt drive forward. Keep in mind this is an 6-8hour job at $80hour for labor, do the math. These parts are supposed to be tested and therefore I am out $640 in labor costs. He called Bavarian for me to inform them the transmission was faul** and they requested that he send a picture of the error. My mechanic called me to let me know he did his part and Bavarian is sending another transmission. I called Bavarian 3 days later to check status and ** said he didnt receive anything but then looked through his email and noticed he overlooked it. The following Monday, 12/22/14 I receive an email notification showing the replacement transmission was being shipped to the incorrect address AGAIN. I called Bavarian immediately to have it changed. I contacted [redacted] a day later and they told me they did not receive notification of the change which prompted me to call Bavarian again. The customer service rep said it has been changed in there system but could not verify if [redacted] was contacted. I receive a phone call on 12/26/14 from [redacted] freight saying they are at the address and no one is there. You guessed right, It was shipped to the wrong address. I had to drive 30 minute to go pick up the transmission to drop off to my mechanic. Upon receiving the second transmission, my mechanic noticed it was the wrong one. Transmission for my car is ZF5HP24 000016, the transmission that was shipped is ZF5HP24 000021. I called Bavarian back and I believe the persons name was Marco who told me this transmission will work. I called a [redacted] expert in El Cajon, VA and they mentioned that the 000021 transmission will not work due to the different interior and torque converter. This has been by far the worst experience.Desired Settlement: On 11/26/14I paid Bavarian $962.88 total for the transmission and shipping. I would like for them to provide me with a 6 speed Manual transmission for my car (97 540i) at $700(including shipping) and providing me with a $262.88 refund plus cover 100% of my labor bill for the defective transmission transmission.

Review: Ordered two doors and a radiator from this company, Decemebr 24,2015. I placed my order with [redacted]. I was sent the wrong doors and a damaged radiator. I did not accept the parts. I was told different doors would be sent. I never received a call from the company. I have never received replacement parts. I am attempting to receive a refund. [redacted] claims he has processed my refund but I have not received a refund for these parts. It is now May 6, 2016.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund for the doors and radiator I attempted to purchase.

Review: On 9/10/2015 I've purchased a car part from Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc in Rancho Cordova, CA. I paid $1,000.00 with my debit card and the money was withdrawn from my account immediately. However, the part was not available and I was given an option to wait and I agreed. The part never became available and on, or around 12/23/2015 the order was cancelled by Bavarian Auto Recycling - I was notified of this cancellation and given cancellation number. When I asked about my money I was instructed to call their billing/financial dept. I did - not once, not twice but by now about 30 times because no one answers the phone and no one returns messages. No one responds via email as well. Because I couldn't get through to talk to anyone and request the return of my money I called the main number which is their sales number and the salesman tells people to call the billing/financial dept. as he has nothing to do with it. When I said that my calls are going unanswered he suggested that I call the owner which I did multiple times because once again, no one answers the phone. Leaving messages proves useless; they are holding on to my money ($1,000.00!)for four months now and are not processing the refund. I don't know what else I can do - I am hoping to get help from Revdex.com so I don't have to take them to small claims but I will do what I need to. Someone needs to close this business down - they are a bunch of disrespectful thieves.Desired Settlement: Return of the money paid - $1,000.00

Review: On March 31, 2015, I called and spoke to [redacted]. I ordered and paid for a head with valves for a 2007 Mini Cooper. I was told it would ship within California by the end of the week or early the following week directly to Los Gatos and BR Racing. I followed up on April 02, 09, 14, 15, 16 twice, 23 twice, and April 24, 2015 when the part finally arrived. In each call I was told that they had problems with their courier, they broke down, it was already delivered, they switched couriers, etc. Meanwhile the shop expecting the part had to delay their schedule. For the inconvenience, delays and poor customer service, I was told by [redacted] they would include two light grey front visors and a total credit of $300.00Since then I have been provided with [redacted] and [redacted] dating back to May 01, 2015, with no credit issued yet. Each time I call (May 1, May 15, June 19, July 24, July 28 and July 30, 2015) I've been told its up to accounting and there is nothing they can do. Filed an original Revdex.com claim on 07/31/2015, complaint #[redacted]. Accepted response from Bavarian Auto Recycling when they stated they would finally respond to the refund due to me since March 2015 with the understanding it may take up to one fully billing cycle. Have checked for the credit regularly since 07/31/2015 through August and now into September (more than one full billing cycle) and there is still no refund. This has been going on since March 2015, going on six months of very poor customer service, dishonest business practices, lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver promised goods, services and refunds.
