Review: ON TUESDAY 4/27/2016 I HAD ORDERED A TRANSFER CASE ON THE TELEPHONE FROM BAVARIAN AUTO RECYCLING. I GAVE THEM THE CREDIT CARD INFO AND THEY TOLD MY WIFE AND I THAT IT WOULD BE SENT TO MY ADDRESS THE FLOWING WEEK. I HAD EXPLAINED THAT MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP WAITING FOR THE PART. THE NEXT WEEK ON THE MONDAY MAY 2ND I CALLED ASKING FOR A TRACKING NO. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT THAT DAY VIA E-MAIL. IT NEVER ARRIVED. LATER THAT DAY I CALLED AGAIN STILL NO TRACKING NO. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN AROUND 10AM THERE TIME, I ASKED IF THEY HAD SENT THE PART AND THEY SAID NOT YET. I THEN TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTING AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM AND THE MONEY 1040.18 WOULD BE CREDITED BACK TO MY CARD. I CHECKED THE CARD STATMENTS EVERYDAY STILL NOTHING BACK. I THEN CALLED ON THE 14TH OF MAY AND SPOKE TO [redacted] AND HE SAID MONDAY I WILL CONVAY IT TO ACCOUNTING. I THEN CALLED BACK ON 5/17/16 TALKED TO [redacted] AGAIN AND ASKED IF HE TALKED TO ACCOUNTING HE HAD NOT, AND GAVE ME THERE EXTENTION [redacted] TO CALL THERE IS NEVER A ANSWER ONLY A RECORDING ASKING FOR A RMA NO. I THEN CALLED [redacted] BACK AND RECEIVED A RMA #. I HAVE CALLED THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE ON THE 17 AND 18 AND PROVIDED ALL WHAT THEY ASKED FOR NO E-MAILS OR CALLS FROM THEM. THIS IS THE 21ST OF MAY NOW AND STILL NO WORD OF ANY KIND.Desired Settlement: ALL I JUST WANT IS MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT, BEING I NEVER RECEIVED THE PART.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered an engine 3 weeks ago and it is still not here after being told on 3 separate occasions it was sent. I just called today and was told it will be shipped today. I dealt with Marko who is a disgrace. I have e-mailed or called him at least 10 times an no response. I have seen similar ratings of him in thses reviews. They are rude on the phone. I had one guy even use the F word. It wasn't directed at me and he apologized but it shows the place is not run right. I don't know how they stay in business. DO NOT Order anything from them or you will get screwed.

Review: I ordered parts from Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc, in Rancho California. Upon arrival of shipment from Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc., part number [redacted] was incorrectly order by store employee "[redacted]". After numerous attempts to reconcile this wrong part originally ordered by the employee, [redacted] was to credit my charge card $200.00 off the original purchase price. This originally whipped on 1/13/15. I have been trying o contact "[redacted]" or anyone else to assist me in this matter, since January, 13, 2015 with no avail. They offer no assistance in fulfilling there credit promise. It has been over 9 months and no credit has been made to my charge card. My invoice number is [redacted], my cr is [redacted], Quote number is [redacted] order date was 1/13/15 11:26 am. my total charge for this order was $1,643.63. I have yet to fix my car for the reason being incorrect parts order by store employee "[redacted]". Thank you.Desired Settlement: to have my charge card credited $400.00 for the original purchase price of the part in question which was incorrectly ordered by the store employee "[redacted]".

Review: Called on 1/13/15 to order a mirror for 2006 750LI. I was told would have it with 3-5 business days I called on 1/19 was told by [redacted] it would be to me in 2 days. Called 1/21 was told 1 more day. I called on 23rd and they said not til Monday 26. I at that point canceled the order and requested a refund. Per [redacted] would have in 48-72 hours. When the time passed called back and [redacted] said no anywhere from 1 day to a billing cycle which is 30 days and then connected me to a voice mail for accounting where you leave name and number no one called me back.. On all occasions they were very rude and short. Never got a straight answer. I want my money refunded to me $338.00. I called today to ask about my refund and they just transferred me without any dialog. This business is a ripoff. I am rejecting this response because: I was told by [redacted] and [redacted] I would get my refund in 42 to 78 hours then when called again was told by accounting takes a billing cycle. Their response was because I used a credit card. I used a debit and it was immediately taken out of my account. Spoke with [redacted] Bank was advised it doesn't take that long on a debit return as technology makes it easy. At no time did anyone disclosed what a billing cycle is 30 days, 60 day etc. So I am not satisfied with the response. I want my refund and at this point this complaint is going viral. Bad customer service and it appears no one at the business is on the same page. The merchandise was promised and we didn't get that after 10 days when I called was told merchandise hadn't even been shipped again company is a fraud and the public should know about it. I was told that they had my part in stock and that it would ship out in a couple of days. However after 2 weeks of the part not showing up, I called, only to find that the parts they had did not work. I was then given a RMA number and transferred to their "Accounting Department" which is just a voicemail. I called 4 different times and left my contact information and still I received not call backs or my refund. I am still waiting today - Order was made on 3/18/2015, today is 4/9/2015. I will not use this company again and I will let all my BMW owners know NOT to use this company.

Review: The service is horrible I bought a valve cover from them for $220 and they charged me $16 for shipping when I could of pick it up the same day instead of waiting 5 days and then to find out that they sent me a valve cover that had broken tabs that hold down the coils from popping out. I returned the part and they didn't have another one so they process a refund for the full amount but now its been 16 days and haven't received my money back because the accounting hasn't got to it to actually process the refund and its just sitting in the cue to process when they feel like it. also the wont give me cash back because I paid with a credit card how ridiculous is this.Desired Settlement: I want my refund as soon as possible with interest of 4 percent for having to wait for so long and having to call and check on it so many times with no results.

Two weeks later, 6/2/2015 called to check status of my order and was told they never had the part. I have continued to call every other day with no success. No one will return my calls. Review: On October 13, 2014 I spoke with [redacted] about the purchase of a drivers side door for a 1992 BMW 525iT. He said they had one in stock and the cost was $175.00 plus shipping. I agreed to the price and requested delivery ASAP. The total cost was $333.63 which was billed to my [redacted] that day. Part arrived 10/23/2014. On 10/31/2014 my body shop sent me an email and digital photo with the note saying the door is split in the jamb area and would require substantial cost to repair. Effectively, the door was damaged by prior owner in a most critical weight and stress area and they shipped it to me as a good part without any mention of such damage. The door it was replacing was not any worse off just in a different way. I sent [redacted] the email with photo and never heard from him or anyone. I have since spoken with him at least 3 times as well as sent additional emails and there has been absolutely no response regarding a refund. The deal is that he sends things on to accounting and it dies there. It would appear that they have a conscious strategy to avoid the subject of refunds and errors on their part. They got my money and I got an unusable part. All I want is my money back like anyone else in such a matter. I believe they are avoiding the issue on purpose in hopes that I will go away. Review: On November 19/2015 (Thursday) I contacted BMR to purchase a Navigation/GPS/CD changer for my e60 BMW. I was told it would be shipped on the Friday (11/20/15) or by the latest on the Monday (11/23/15) and they took my credit card info and charged the full amount including shipping ($620 USD). I requested that they send me a tracking number as soon as it was shipped and they said it would automatically be emailed to me when they shipped. On the following Wednesday I had not yet received a tracking number so I called BMR to find out the status of my order. The sales person (Marko) was very polite and told me there was a problem with the pick-up by the carrier and he said it would be shipped by Friday without problem. Again, no tracking number or any proof of shipment. This same routine continued for several instances of me phoning them and them telling me a different shipping date and never sending me a tracking number or proof of shipment. At no time during this fiasco did BMR return any of my many emails and phone calls. Finally, on December 18th I had had enough and I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Marko got upset that I would do this and showed some signs of anger. He finally said he would and gave me a refund number. I have had nothing from them indicating a refund is in process and nothing showing on the credit card yet. I only wish I had read all the complaints against this company and review their Revdex.com status before I embarked on this purchase. It would have saved me a lot of grief. I do not recommend doing business with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to see an expedited refund to my credit card in the full amount of the transaction and a warning sent to as many future customers as possible.

BMR Sales guys are rude, liars & very unprofessional!!! Wish I didn't buy from them. AVOID them if possible!!!

Review: Purchased A/C control module assembly but it will not work. Have called this company several times and when I am able to contact someone they tell me I must talk to the salesman and he is never available. Having his extension number I called him direct and he was not in. Left voice mails several times to call me but he will not or has not returned my calls. The part is under warranty for six months but unable to obtain a RMA number. The salesman's name is [redacted] and order number is [redacted]. Review: On 1/17/2015 I placed an order for a part (fuel sending unit) for my 2007 BMW 328. The salesman, [redacted], asked a few questions, then said yes, he understood what I needed. He quoted a price of $85.00 for the part. I needed it to arrive in Florida quickly; [redacted] said that he could ship for arrival on Tuesday 1/19, for a total cost $154.77. I agreed and paid with a debit card. As per an alert from my bank, the amount was withdrawn from my account on while I was still on the phone with [redacted]. The part did not arrive as promised, so I called back on 1/22/2015. I was told that [redacted] was out sick all week and that the other salesmen were not aware that there was a problem with the order. I provided the part location information that they needed. When I called again on 1/23/2015 I was told that the company had tried to reach me several days earlier because they needed a part number. Funny, there was no message from Bavarian on my phone. At that time I cancelled the order. I was told that $154.77 would be refunded to my card. I was not given a confirmation number. I waited 5 business days for the refund to post, to no avail. I called yet again on 1/30/2015 and got [redacted]. He gave me the same story about having tried to reach me to clarify the part. I asked if there was a note in the file about cancelling the order and issuing a refund; he said no, but he would request it now. At my request [redacted] gave me a refund confirmation number of [redacted]. I asked how long it would take and was told that refunds are processed twice a month. [redacted] also gave me an extension number to call him in the future. I expressed that I was not happy, but thanked him for handling the matter.Desired Settlement: Refund $154.77 no later than Feb 6, 2015

Review: On June 30th 2015 I called Bavarian auto recyclers, spoke to [redacted]. Ordered navigation unit for 2003 [redacted] 330ci, paid for with debit card 483.25$. it was taken out of account immediately. Was told I would get part and emailed tracking number. Never received. called [redacted] every week and was always told repeatedly that they were testing a unit, then I was given a fake tracking number. kept calling [redacted]. Received a unit in august it was defective. I called [redacted] immediately he told me to put package on front porch and he would have picked up. It sat there 4 days. I called [redacted] again, he stated that he shipped another unit out. I received another unit on 9-21-15. It was wrong part it was a cassette player not a cd navigation unit. I called [redacted], he told me to ship both units to him and he would sent another. I shipped both units to him on 9-22-15 through ups tracking

number for 27.09$. I received another unit on 11-23-16 it was defective with a bad screen. I called [redacted] immediately again, he said to keep it and get it fixed and he was authorizing a full refund and to email him a picture of bad unit. I sent him picture on 11-23-15 at 7:27pm. I have called [redacted] repeatedly every week since and have never received refund. I called my credit card company, they tried them and could not get refund and would not refund themselves because it was past 60 days. Which [redacted] knew because that's how they operate. Keeping you on the run around..I have called [redacted] and left many voicemails with accounting, never get a response. I asked for owner [redacted], it goes to his line but wont accept voicemail. I have pulled phone records and have called them 64 times for a total of 5hours and 48 minutes of my time. They state that they are on a recorded line, so I called [redacted] and have him recorded stating he authorized full refund with RMA# [redacted]. I have exhausted myself calling them with no refund. last call [redacted] stated why are you keep calling me, it is in accounting. Review: I purchased a used part for my car. They collected my money but, they never had the part in stock. They kept telling me the part was being tested for quality. Weeks went by and, they never had the part ready. I got tired of waiting and, I finally asked for a refund in mid December. Here we are in mid March and, I still don't have my $450. I have never been able to talk to a live person in the Accounting department. I call and leave a message several times per week. These people are very rude. They hang up when you ask something they don't like to answer. To sum it all up, they sold me a part they never had. They DON'T WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY! I have no idea how these people are still in business in this country!Desired Settlement: I want my full refund as soon as possible. By this I mean, this week! This refund money is MINE. They never sold anything to me. They just took my money. It's been WAY TOO LONG waiting for my refund. this is highly unusual. Review: On 6\22\2015 I purchased a pair of used struts for the amount of $329.44 via the tellephone using my credit card, parts never got pulled so I could pick them up in wilcall . I had gone to the store location 6/26/2015 to pick up my parts and still they had not pulled them. At this point I had ask for a refund and they said they would credit back my card and handed me an invoice shoing that the order was cancelled and a RMA# of RMA#[redacted] was issued . I have left several messages to their accounting department with all the information required to check on a status for refund ( several of times)and have not received any form of contact from them.Today is 8/14/2014 and still no word. I am intittled to a full refund ( without any restocking fee) because my requested parts never had gotten removed from the doner vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card ( or bank account) to be refunded .
