I am rejecting this response...

because:  This is the  same response I've been getting from the sales reps since the cancellation of my order on Nov. 20 2013..It seems to me that there is no one accountable.   According to the recording at the supposedly accounting dept.  the refund will take up to 2 weeks at the the next billing cycle..It has been 3 1/2 billing cycles since my cancellation..       Please note that this order was Never Filled and not an item that was returned..

This is in reference to Complaint No. [redacted]0, dated April 24, 2015. As a matter of fact the company [Bavarian Auto Recycling] had agreed to refund the money of 216.99 against RMA no. [redacted]and the matter was closed on April 25, 2015. However, the company has not yet made the refund and there is no response from their side inspite of my various phone calls and email messages. this response because:     They're recommending that I contact their accounting department via e-mail.  I have e-mailed such "department" several times. They have my phone number AND my e-mail address and, they have NEVER made any attempt to respond to my messages.  I know the RMS number.  I always provide it to them when I leave messages.  They say they check all messages on a weekly basis. Well, It's been three months and, they haven't taken ANY action.All they need to do is process my refund TODAY, that's ALL they need to do.  There is no need for apologies, suggestions, recommendations or excuses!!!  Just refund my money today!

accounting dept is off-site, and they must respond to his authorization on May 28 2014 to refund the $866.51....[redacted] credit Card offers to participate in a telephone conference with Bavarian Auto to resolve the matter; they have credit card statements on card ending in 7495 from April through Aug 2014 showing no credit posted from Bavarian.  The charge for $866.51 is posted on may 23, 2014.Please have them agree to this conference call with [redacted] so that this can be resolved[redacted] ###-###-####

I own a large company and I have never seen a refund or credit take more than 2 business days. I has been three weeks. The business authorized the refund on Jan 23rd.. This a flat lie. Review: They have owed me a refund of $500 for over a month. Since then I have made dozens of calls to their accounting department that NEVER, EVER answers the phone. They have never responded to my many messages (voicemail or e-mail). When I spoke to a salesman today, as soon as I said "refund", he got off the phone. Later, when I asked to speak to the owner, the line went dead. It seems these guys are running a scam: get a customer's deposit ASAP and then, when a refund is due, keep the money until the Revdex.com gets involved. Please help me. Review: Ordered three items totaling close to $900. Went and picked up the parts in person. One of the three parts works correctly. Both my mechanic and I have called and emailed the business over a span of 3 months with nothing coming of it. Two months after my mechanics call, no part has yet arrived. Call and talk to [redacted]. Says sorry we will send the part right out. Give him address to send it to. One month later still no part so call back. Told part was sent and has been delivered to an address in Oregon that I didn't want it sent to. Look up tracking number myself and find that he didn't even read the tracking report and just saw "Delivered" but made no mention that the part was actually shipped to my mechanic in Belmont, CA three months after his first call! It is the wrong part! Have talked to both a [redacted] and a [redacted] who apparently write notes on little pieces of paper and then throw them away because I have given them a correct shipping address, in an email, and now, 10 days later, still no correct part. They have obviously spent FAR more money on their blatantly false telephone hold infomercial propaganda than on the most simple and basic customer service.Desired Settlement: Send me the correct warranty replacement part to the correct address.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The person who wrote this response though is, obviously, not the person who has done such a [redacted] poor job. It is beyond worth it to me to officially request that [redacted] shove the $100 in store credit up his [redacted] (sideways) for me to never have to deal with such a shady, [redacted] company ever again.

Review: Incompetence!!! I contacted this company in order to find an auto part, luckily they had what I was looking for, I was speaking with a rep from the company his name was [redacted], at first he was actually helpful, we discussed my issue and decided that I should take further steps to find out what EXACTLY was wrong with my car issue. So the order "supposedly" was cancelled [redacted] mentioned that my card was not to be charged. Being skeptical of this company I checked my bank account, sure enough they had charged my card, being a proactive person and not wanting to give this company money for free! I called the company back talked to this [redacted] character again who once again assured me that he would rectify the situation. I called a third time ( these calls are all the same day within hours of each other) at the end of the day to make sure that nothing was to be charged and or shipped to me.Surprise about a week or two later I get a package at my door step from... you guessed it Bavarian auto recycling! called immediately the company to ask why! This call is when [redacted] showed his true colors, rude, nasty and lack of responsibility and knowledge are the only nice things I can say about this company and employee. After several mins of him making excuses and for some reason being very defensive and rude to me(I thought I was the victim in this situation?), he decided to send a return label for the product that they sent to me. They also are holding my money hostage until they receive the package back. Well I have UPS verification that the package was delivered and received by the company about a week ago, I have left several messages asking for the money to be credited back to my account, of course I have heard nothing back from the company and they still have my money!Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back!, an apology would be nice and an explanation of why this all happened would be great to but I sincerely/unfortunately doubt that will happen.

Review: I placed an order with BAR on Feb 26, 2014 for a transmission for my mini cooper in the amount of 2353.63. They told me I should expect the part on the next Tuesday. On the following Monday I called to get a tracking number for my order and they guy informed me that the transmission had not worked when they tested it and they don't currently have another transmission on hand for my car. He said they expected another to come in that evening. I called the next day to check on part and was informed they had not received another mini cooper in and they weren't sure when to expect the mini cooper. I said since they do not have the part that I ordered from them I am canceling my order. They said they will not cancel my order or refund my money. This is ridiculous. I paid for a part they now say they don't have and not sure when they will be getting. I called and left a message with TY informing him I am canceling my order. I am demanding a full refund of the 2353.63 immediately. They have provided nothing and have no right to my money. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is robbery and they should not be allowed to continue to steal from people.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund immediately.

Review: I ordered a ABS/SKID CONTROL for my BMW 2001 on 1/20/15 and the wrong one was sent. I called and they sent another one, but was still the wrong one. I called again and they sent another one which was installed and did not work. I called again and asked for a refund and [redacted] transferred me to the accounting department. I left a message and the recording said that I would be notified by e-mail regarding my refund. I have called and spoke with [redacted] numerous times with the same results (NONE). Review: Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc. is doing false advertisement on their website BMRparts.com. I checked price for 2009 bmw 328i hood it was for $642 and price was crossed out and discount was from 55% to 90%, but when I called them on January 14, 2015 around 10:30am they told me $500 for that hood.(I have printscreen from their website)I mentioned that on the website they have discount for the hood and the person started raising voice at me and saying that its not true and started arguing.The price for the hood at 55% to 90% discount should be $288.90 to $64.20.Desired Settlement: Luring customers by false advertisement is punishable by business law.

Review: My husband and I called Bavarian on a Wednesday January 29, 2014 to order a door from Bavarian and the Man who answered stated that the part that was advertised was there at his shop and if we wanted it shipped. I stated no that we would go pick it up at a later date so then he asked for or credit card to purchase it to secure product for us. We gave him the information and told him that we would be there Friday January 31,2014 to pick it up. When we got to Bavarian in Rancho Cordova, CA the man who took our order stated that we should have called before we got there because the part was not there and we would just have to wait for it. I said why is it my duty to call when you told me the part was there and took my money, He said we should have called. He said all he could do for us is void the invoice and handed over a copy of the voided invoice to us. I asked how do I get my money back? He said we should have it back in 3 days. I waited 3 days then called him back and they said I would have to speak to their accounting department so when they transferred me it was always a recording of a computer generated voice of a women ( as if you cant tell) I left message and never got a call back. 3 more days came and went and to this day we have not received money back from Bavarian or a phone call. So I called my bank and reported a fraud.Desired Settlement: An apology for wasting my time and a full refund. And have the police or IRS investigate their Business since they have a big (F) with Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered a motor April 15, 2015 that was stated to be ready to ship within a week, then cancelled the order after the company failed to deliver the motor a month later (at that point the motor was stated as 'no longer available'). A refund number (RMA86013) was provided over the phone in May 2015. Since then, I have called several times requesting a status of the refund, only to be transferred to 'accounting', which is just a voice mail box. The 'accounting' department has not returned my calls nor has it responded in email (which the voice mail box says it will do). Further calls and emails into customer serice have yielded no meaningful update, response, or benefit whatsoever. The order was cancelled as evidence by the RMA which was provided nearly 2 months ago, I expect a refund immediately.Desired Settlement: Refund of the original purchase price of $3,145

Review: I ordered a transmission for a 2004 [redacted] on or around Feb. 23, 2016 for $2400 via my debit card. The part never came. Every time I would call the sals person ([redacted], email address [redacted] would always say a different delivery date. He said due to bad weather. After three to vour weeks I called to cancel the order, he said that I would be issued a refund immediately, but latter found out that [redacted] never put in a refund. Now [redacted] will not response to my calls or emails. I was given a RNA #[redacted], which is my refund number. I was told by [redacted] that it was issued 03/25/2016, and advise me to contact accounting at ext 636. I left RNA# and my email, but I never got a response. Now im just getting the run around. The part was never even shipped, so they took my money and never had a transmission. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want my money refund back to my bank.
