rejecting this response because: This is essentially the same thing that the recording states when I phoned the accounting dept myself on numerous occasions and nothing has happened after a month. Anyone can hear the recording by dialing 800-2169-8970, ext636. You never get to talk to a person. I won't be satisfied or placated until I see that $has been deposited in my bank account

Mr***All our parts are drained of all fluids before they are shipped because of strict EPA guidelinesEvery parts goes through our Quality Control department and is inspected for defectsOnce it passes quality control it is then drained and cleaned in a pressure washing tankWe then
have to check it again to insure no water infiltrated its way into the unit.We take this process very seriously and perform this "fluid check" twice so we can be sure we are not violating any state or federal laws concerning the shipment of parts with fluid.Installing the Differential without adding fluid voids the warrantyHowever, we understand that mistakes happen and we are willing to warranty it out for youIf you would like us to send you another part, give us a call and we will set you up with a RMA number and a replacement part.Thank you,

It is now December 30th and I still don't have the $Bavarian Auto Recycling owes meFrom the research I've done I've discovered this is the operating mode of this company when it comes to refundsThey simply refuse to return moneyOnce again it took less than hours for the accounting department to process my paymentIt has now been days since my RMA number was issuedThis is a stalling tactic and this company is refusing to return my money.I'll add that not once, in the many times I've left phone and email messages to both accounting and the general manager, has anyone from Bavarian Auto Recycling contacted me to provide any information concerning my refund.The only acceptable solution is for Bavarian Auto Recycling to immediately process my refund of $and deposit the funds into the account from which they were withdrawn.** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I did not use a credit card it was debited right out of my bank account and I called my bank and they said it could have been sent back by now technology to do refund through bank does not take days

I am rejecting this response because:I do't want to call you, because no one is available to help me regarding refund, returns and even your staff can not transfer the call to your other departments. They told me that they are here to sell the parts. Y ou have to call refund department. You have only massaging facility for refund related matters, they never return the massage.Now I want to convey you that packet is ready please arrange pickup and let me know when it will be picked.

The person who wrote this response though is, obviously, not the person who has done such a [redacted] poor job. It is beyond worth it to me to officially request that [redacted] shove the $100 in store credit up his [redacted] (sideways) for me to never have to deal with such a shady, [redacted] company ever again.
