As stated in the previous response, write the RMA # we provided you on the outside of the package and  call us when you are ready for it to be picked up. Once we have our merchandise back here, we will process a refund. Thank You

department myself without success. I have paid Bavarian Auto Recycling the $1660 purchase price even before they delivered their parts to me. I returned their defective parts to them two months ago. I have complied with all the precedures which they require for a return. All I ask from Bavarian Auto Recycling is that they pay me the $1250 refund to which they have agreed. I pay my debts on time when they are due. BAR has a lot more money than I have. I need this money to support my family. Bavarian Auto Recycling needs to pay me immediately.

This is a follow up to Complaint ID [redacted] filed on 05/18/15.On 05/20/15, Bavarian Auto replied back "I apologize for any inconvenience, I looked into your order and it has been submitted to our accounting department for a refund. (I245274 / R85635) Depending on your credit card company, this could take a full billing cycle. I also re-submitted it to the accounting department to speed things up. Thank You" Refund has still not been credited to my account as of 06/23/15.On 08/05/14, I called Bavarian Auto Recycling at 1-800-726-5135 and ordered a 2003 330i BMW car seat from [redacted], x611, for $482.51 and they charged my account for $482.51 on Aug 06 2014. He told that it would take about a week to get it delivered. When it didn't arrive, I called and [redacted] told me that the seat was not actually in stock and that one would be available soon. When it was available, it would be delivered to me. From one week to the next, I contacted [redacted] and he kept checking the inventory and it was still not available. He told me to keep calling back and that one should become available since they purchase BMW vehicles frequently. I was very patient and purchased this seat in good faith but the item never became available and on 04/03/15, I requested a refund from [redacted] and he told me that it would take 10 business days for it to be credited back to my account. On 05/05/15, the refund still had not been processed so I emailed their accounting dept and requested them to process the refund with the information below and notify me when it had been completed. On May 12, 2015, I contacted them to remind them that the refund still had not been processed and I would give them until the end of the week on 05/15/15 for them to process the refund otherwise I would bring it to your attention. As of May 17, 2015, the refund still has not been proceed. Date purchased: Aug 05, 2014 Part: 2003 BMW 330i 4DR E46 Front Driver Car Seat BEIGE / Leather / SPORT Order#[redacted]. Thank you for your help.I need an actual refund credit date from business to follow up and verify that it has been processed. Full refund credited back to my account for $482.51. I never received the item as agreed.

this response because:  this has been the same message I have received via your accounting message for the past 2 months or in your terms, 2 billing cycles.  I want an immediate refund, it is unacceptable that you can take the money out of my account in less than 24 hours and I have to wait over 2 months, not alone all the time I have spent contacting you, to get a refund!

I do apologize for the delay, we do pre-test our transmissions in the vehicles when they arrive. We also inspect the fluid when they are being drained to ensure you will receive a product that will last. Metal flakes, burnt smell or a gritty texture is a sure sign of premature failure and this alone...

will keep us from sending it out, resulting in your delayed order. Your order was indeed canceled and submitted to accounting for a refund R85154 / $1673.63 Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to process. I did contact accounting for you to try and speed things up.Thank You,
