I am rejecting this response because:I have no objection If you pay the shipping charges and refund the whole invoice without any deduction. If agreed please let me know when your courier will pick the same.

Business states that refund was processed last Thursday 01/08/2014.

because:  I have not received any type of credit on my account to this effect since its now going on over 6 months.  I will be filing another complaint in 30 days if credit is not issued to my account.Thank you for your help in hopefully "speeding" this process up for me.  I will be in touch if I don't receive a credit.

I refuted the charge for $203 with my credit card company.  I would still like to buy the original item at a significant discount on the original price.And I would like Bavarian to provide a way for me to return the item they incorrectly shipped to me.Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same thing I was told before and nothing happened. I feel they are just feeding me a line to buy more time. How long is a billing cycle?? They don't tell you, so I still have no clue when to expect these funds.  To me 470$ is a lot of money to not have for over 2 months. I just don't see why all the difficulty and delay.  I would love a response with some sort of date instead of.."may take a billing cycle". Just want the funds returned to the card they came from.

Here at Bavarian Auto Recycling inc we thoroughly test every product before it is shipped and this includes the 1995 BMW 840 engine which was sent to Mr. [redacted].  After speaking with the mechanic I learned that he did not do a compression test, just a cold leakdown test.  Per BMW(and just...

about every other automobile manufacturer) leakdown tests are to be performed when the engine is warm which is exactly how we do it in our quality control department.  You cannot expect an engine to produce test results within BMW specifications if it is not tested by BMW specified procedures.  Water in the spark plug holes is a common result of our cleaning process and does not harm the engine at all.  Simply blow the water out with compressed air and install the engine as normal.  For over 20 years Bavarian Auto Recycling inc has made customer satisfaction it’s number one priority.  That is why if you are not happy with a product you are welcome to send it back for a refund.  During a phone call on 7/27/15 the mechanic expressed that he was in the process of shipping the engine back.  When it is received a refund for the price of the part and sales tax will refunded to your credit card.Thank You,

I ordered a part through Bavarian Auto Recycling. I did get the wrong part. I ordered on 5/19/15, when the part arrived, it was the wrong part. I requested a refund and I was told to leave a message at the accounting dep ext. [redacted] with my RM number. I have left several messages and voice mails with no one EVER retuned my calls or emails. I have talked to Ty at costumer service ext. [redacted] and he has been irrational and rude most of the time. It has been almost two months and no refund has ever been made, no one U.S. Acknowledge my calls or emails. No response what so ever. I would like to get to speak with someone that can assure me I will get my refund or not.I want my money back. Nothing else. I will not do business with this company no more ever.

Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc in California. Unfortunately I have failed to respond as I have been in contact with Bavarian Auto since their last respond on Revdex.com. They have been telling me the same thing over and over again, and they also mention to get back to me once they contact their supervisor and they never did. The engine was picked up from my mechanic shop on August 27th. I have pasted some information may be needed, if there is anything I can do to make the process go smooth please let me know. Thank you. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by [redacted] and [redacted] I would get my refund in 42 to 78 hours then when called again was told by accounting takes a billing cycle. Their response was because I used a credit card. I used a debit and it was immediately taken out of my account. Spoke with [redacted] Bank was advised it doesn't take that long on a debit return as technology makes it easy. At no time did anyone disclosed what a billing cycle is 30 days, 60 day etc. So I am not satisfied with the response.  I want my refund and at this point this complaint is going viral. Bad customer service and it appears no one at the business is on the same page. The merchandise was promised and we didn't get that after 10 days when I called was told merchandise hadn't even been shipped again company is a fraud and the public should know about it.
