I am rejecting this response because: Despite this company's claim, no refund has been submitted.  My bank provides same-day access to any deposited funds.  It is apparent that this company has not issued a refund and their malarkey about billing cycles is nothing but a stall tactic.  If the Revdex.com has no enforcement authority, maybe the court does.

I am rejecting this response because:I have heard this many times before. I left a message for the owner 2 weeks ago. As soon as I see the credit I will dismiss the claim.

These bumpers can be refurbished,  I spoke to our sales representative and at notime did he instruct you to throw out a $600.00 bumper that can be repaired andresold.  We offered to send you out a replacement part and have thedamaged one picked up after you received the replacement.  If you did indeed throw away the parts, wewill not be able to refund you without having our product in hand. However, we are willing to warranty it out and send you a replacementorder.  Thank You,
