I am rejecting this response because: it is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay $in return shipping fees for an item purchased for $ Basically I have to keep the item that I am not happy with or lose $to return it to you

I am rejecting this response because:This company responds with what could be perceived as genuine if so many other customers did not agree with me about the service and quality of their products.Yes ,Unbeatable Sales you are so correct,this order is from August of delivered September and I contacted you as well as many others day of delivery.Accorrding to many online reviews,as well as my own experience with you Unbeatable Sales,have a habit of putting people off.Also YOU/Unbeatable Sales decided on your own to now after I contacted Revdex.com,to give a $credit and send parts that was asked for six months ago,And you did that on your own with out waiting for my responce to Revdex.com.Looks like you don't respect Revdex.com either.Person in charge at Revdex.com,Please post my complaint to warn others!

I received only
order of the chairsI contacted the company and was informed that was a misprint and was suppose to be chair per order and they can no longer send me the other chairs to fulfill my orderI demanded a refund for the other order wasn't sent to me and they declined stating they can only give me a $refundI paid a total of $for the chairs and demanded a refund for half of the purchase considering I only received half of my order $will not suffice because that is not the total of the additional order that I was lied to aboutI will need an additional $refunded considering $is half the amount of the order

They need to be held liable to their return policy disclosed by their store front in ***, not some policy they choose to make up at a later dateAlso note that if they do not satisfy this request I will sue them in small claims court for the price of this item plus my hourly billing rate for of my personal time I have wasted trying to get them to honor their return policy

see I have already sent back the mattress and legs, and I have to have a return label for the steel foundation as it would cost as much as the bed cost plus counting all of the postage I"ve already paid to send back Also as you can see in the photo and discription, what you sent doesn't match the ad, and that is not my fault
