I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I did file a claim with my credit card, but Unbeatable Sales were still paidI am wanting arbitration so that the money paid to Unbeatable Sales is reimbursed and the action with my credit card company can be revoked

It seems we are going around in circles but allow me to clarify again on this matterWe offered to send the customer the bench, if they do not want that they may return the itemWe do NOT issue labels, we will not be paying for the customers returnWe can send the customer the bench, which would make the item completeIf they no longer wish to receive their item, which is what seems to be the case, they MUST return itThey have spoken to a manager with *** on the line, who agreed with Unbeatablesale.com's position and offerPlease note we have a day return policy which has now passed, we will be unable to accept the return after 3/16/15.Please note: We will no longer be responding to this matter as the customer has the information to return the item for a refundWe have already provided the options multiple times.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:There was never no stipulation on return times upon purchase, or I would have not wasted my money shipping the item backFurthermore, when the company "refused" the return, they didn't even make sure my package (their item) was sent back to me at my homeInstead, it was shipped to a *** facility not even in my hometownI was never notified of this, never given a return tracking or anythingI had to make contact with the seller, UPS and hunt down my package weeks laterThe customer service was devoid to say the leastFor this seller to expect a customer to just be stuck with an expensive shoes that do not fit, be out the money, the extra shipping return cost, the time and effort and energy of the process without even as much as a offer of a coupon or store credit is ridiculous and just bad business

I am rejecting this response because:I know the quality is the same but I ordered it because of the plastic container and besides the issue isn't the quality the issue is not shipping me the item of which I ordered when I ordered it I did order it because you showed the item on your website in a plastic container and that is what I paid for not the item in a cardboard box I am not going to pay to have it shipped back when you did not send me the item I ordered you clearly did not ship in the item which you showed on your website I do not want it in cardboard boxes I want it in the plastic containers which what was shown when I purchased it so you need to pay the shipping charges because I did not order the product in cardboard boxes so why do I have to pay the shipping charges when you did not ship me the item that I ordered in plastic containers

We have refunded the customer in full for the wrongly "pictured" item however it did state black patent which means it is shiny, and they can keep it/donate etc. As far as the credit deal with ***, this has nothing to do with us and we only refund to
the form of payment originally usedWe do not see customers billing information and that is not an offer from our company. Thank you

Both orders have been cancelled, and will not shipIf the customer would like an item they can place a new order, if the item is available it will ship and tracking will be sent if not it will be cancelledMatter is resolved, orders are cancelled and refunded

I am rejecting this response because:
I already stated in the original complaint who I spoke to (Beverly). Additionally, the company is still not addressing the cost of shipping in the original complaint. I have no intention of purchasing anything from this company at this point. They need to be held accountable for advertising regarding matching prices and regarding charging for weight only. They do not have unbeatable sale prices as clearly shown in the previous email. Beverly was completely unwilling to match the price as well when I called and presented the other website's price (as explained in original complaint)
