I am rejecting this response because:
The cost for the software was the same as the cost for the software.This is stupid because the filing period for taxes had expired by January 2015.The blurb and software box did not specify a year.Many, many, many complaints about "unbeatable sales" revolve around unmetexpectations I expect that if I am paying full price on tax software in January, 2015,I will be getting software for taxes LET ME BE CLEAR: THE YEAR WAS NOT SPECIFIEDThere was nothing plain and obvious to indicate that $plus shipping would be theprice for useless, out-of-date software A month or so ago, the going price forone-year-old tax software was in the neighborhood of one to five dollars.Less than ONE TENTH of what I paid them They can argue that that is "their price"from now to the end of time, but in truth, full price implies full value.I did due diligence They apparently require extra careful diligence.That is why their ratings (the ones they do not pay for) are so poor

The customer paid $to Unbeatablesale.com through ***They were refunded this amount, we could have sent the customer a free return label and they would not have been charged for the return but the customer sent it back at their expense.They paid $to a carrier not to UBS
therefore there is nothing for us to refund as we have already refunded all the customers money that they paid to USWe do not have the ability to refund money that wasn't paid to our companyThe customer has already been told this information on multiple occasions. This matter is resolved

I am rejecting this response because:
I did call them right away when the incorrect bedding was shipped to me. I asked for a return shipping label to be sent to me and they refused. They said if I keep the twin size they would give me 15% off which at that price would have been more money than what they sell the twin size for on their websiteThey said to call back during business hours and talk to someone because the night people have no authority.I called again during regular business hours and *** (1-888-***) told me they did not send return shipping labels. She said to send the twin size bedding back per requirements on their website (insured) which we did and then after they receive it to call back and talk about MY shipping expense. Now they just keep refusing to reimburse me and ***'s manager, *** *** at same number, extension ***, refuses to call me back. They are totally lying and this is VERY POOR business practice

It is untrueI went back and checkedAn "estimated" shipping cost which could easily be overlooked is on a "preliminary" pageEstimatedBut, on the order page itself there is NO mention whatsoever of ANY shipping chargeOnly AFTER you've paid do you find out the actual shipping charge and the total cost of the transactionThis business is well aware of this, and I believe deliberately keeps all mention of shipping off the order pageThe customer should have a FINAL price before purchasingAnd, this company KNOWS itVery deceptive.Bottom line, I paid $for four small bars of *** soapI never would pay that much for soap.Because the item offered is being sold at "twice the price" as in stores, it's easy to assume that shipping is includedThe business is obligated to present a "final price" before the "buy" button is pushedDeliberate deception
