I am rejecting this response because: I did call on the actual delivery date April 7. It does not state in the Marketplace website the need to inspect an item as it is delivered. Plus, *** called on my behalf And, Even if I only called the *** delivery company that day, it would then be their duty to notify the item's originating company. Their failure to accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the purchase is ridiculous, unfair, and fraudulent. this is B.Sand I don't mean "business savvy". If nothing else, they should hold the delivery carrier responsible I called immediately to say that the product was damaged. They have to have some kind of insurance that they could tap into to relieve this customer of an expensive piece of trash. therefore, I should be reimbursed either the cost of the original item or the shipping, but preferably both.And if this is how unbeatablesale handles any problems, then they could just be sending out garbage right and left without any accountability. WE DID NOT DAMAGE THIS ITEM, WE WANTED TO USE IT IN OUR HOME. WE CANNOT JUST DONATE MONEY TO UNBEATABLESALES AND THEIR UNRELIABLE DISTRIBUTING CONTACTS

The customer left the item outside in a blizzard even though he was advised not to do thisThey were told we were issuing a call tag and if they could not get to the customer due to the weather they would come back out, as we were under the same weather we understood it might be an issue
The customer threatened harm to our customer reps and cursed off almost everyone here rather than allow us to assist in a very simple situationDue to the customers behavior and the low dollar amount of the order, I chose to refund the customer for the item, they will not be getting a replacement nor will we require the item backThe refund was processed on 1/26/2016, we will no longer be responding to this case as we have resolved the issue.Thank you

picture provided was too close up and once it was reviewed our warehouse they determined it was not even a picture of the item they shipped or sell. We have been with Bay Area Air Conditioning for years There yearly maintenance and emergency service is absolutely wonderful Living in Florida, when your A/C takes a hit during the summer months, you need prompt service to your A/C system and they have been the best when we have had problems We especially like MrSteve Fto provide service to our system He is prompt (minutes early today), efficient and explains every details as to what he has done to the system He is professional and friendly (always has a smile on his face)

Hello,The customer received the item the manufacturer changed the product toIf they would like a full refund they can return the item to Lehigh Ave Suite Lakewood NJ We advised the customer they could keep the item and a refund of the "item" only would be givenShipping is a service

I am rejecting this response because: I have waited weeks to get a response from them I spoke with the representative today who insisted that the cost of shipping ($200) will be totally my responsibility, as well as the cost to package the cabinet (another $120-estimate from the *** store) I've already replaced the unit per their recommendation I don't need a second broken unit I want my credit card refunded as they had previously promised.
